use of this Certificate of Entry by such Member is not to be taken as any indication that the Club thereby consents to act

Loss Payable Clause

of the Club in respect of any liability, costs or expenses incurred by him shall be made to Ionic Astrapi Inc. and Ionic
Shipping (MGT) Inc. or to his order unless and until the Club receives notice from ABN AMRO Bank N.V. acting as Agent
and Security Trustee for itself and on behalf of certain other lenders that Ionic Astrapi Inc. and Ionic Shipping (MGT) Inc.
is in default under the First Priority Mortgage in which event all recoveries shall thereafter be paid to ABN AMRO Bank
N.V. acting as Agent and Security Trustee for itself and on behalf of certain other lenders or their order; provided that no
liability whatsoever shall attach to the Club, their Managers or their agents for failure to comply with the latter obligation
until after the expiry of two clear business days from the receipt of such notice.

-2. Notwithstanding the above 1., if any ship owner or any client of the Society suffers loss, damage or expense arising from the provision by the Society’s services, information
or advice which is proved to have been caused by any negligent act, omission or error of the Society or any of its officers, directors, employees, agents or sub-contractors,
or from any inaccuracy in the information or advice given by or on behalf of the Society, the Society will pay compensation for any proved loss, damage or expense up to
but not exceeding the amount of any fee charged and collected by the Society for the particular service, information or advice.
