When a long delay is appeared when you give a call to the lift.

Change C09=2sec probably value locked to 30sec

Change C10=0.3sec probably the value locked to 5 sec

If you cannot reset to these values

1) Remove DSDB board after power off

2) Remove RTC Battery

3) Turn on the power and put the machine room controller in inspection mode
4) Set M2-P9-R8 enter UP arrow enter
5) Remove CAN0 plug from the main board
6) Set date and time from menu M2-P8
7) Set next maintenance date to M2-P5 to a day long after. ex.2099
8) Set max start count M2-P0 to 000000
Then try to
Change M2-P3-C09=2sec
Change M2-P3-C10=0.3sec

Try to move the lift and confirm the condition has been changed.
