time for visualization, but the more
time you spend on it, the more
effective it will be.

If you wake up late, you have to
rush to work and sometimes you
are late, your morning is already
stressful and this can affect the
whole day.
Try to wake up on time (avoid
using "sleep" mode on your
phone), eat a healthy breakfast,
and give yourself enough time to
get to work without rushing.

KNOW HOW TO SAY “NO”
Knowing how to say "no" is an
important and often underestimated
habit, especially in this day and age
when people are often bombarded
with other people's requests and
expectations. The ability to say "no"
may seem like an unpleasant and even
selfish skill, but it is essential to
personal and professional success.

GRATITUDE
How often do you cultivate gratitude
for life, for everything you have
achieved, for your experiences and for
the people you have by your side?

You will encounter fears, afflictions
and gigantic difficulties. It is common
that, in front of them, you seem very

Keep hydrated. Simple as that, drink
water. It's important because if you're
not well hydrated, you can get tired
and depressed. Drinking water helps
keep blood pressure under control and
transports nutrients and oxygen
through cells.

importance of saving money for
unforeseen moments, to achieve goals,
make dreams come true, among others.

Learning to be more disciplined is an
essential mental skill, which in other
words means being mentally capable
of planning, performing set tasks, and

You evolve as your habits evolve.
When you spend MORE HOURS
watching investing, entrepreneurship,
and personal development videos on
YouTube than you do on Netflix, you
can be sure that before long,
“miraculously,” your life will start to
improve.

about the key to success, he
pointed to a stack of books next to
him and said, “Read 500 pages like
this every day. This is how
knowledge works. It accumulates,
like compound interest. You all can
do it, but I guarantee many of you
