After unlocking my financial


potential by accumulating a large
amount of money, I became
interested in learning about the
habits of other successful people.
To that end, I began interviewing
wealthy people I had met over the
years, to understand their routines
and find out what helped them get
rich.

After conducting dozens of


interviews, I found that all of these
individuals had 17 habits in
common. Based on this
information, I decided to compile a
report, which will allow you to
analyze the habits of billionaires
and incorporate them into your
routine, thus increasing the results.

VISUALIZATION OF SUCCESS

Visualization is a powerful mental


exercise that can help promote
success in all areas of life. If you
dream of having your dream job,
finding the ideal partner or gaining
more confidence in yourself, follow
the steps below to start visualizing
success:

Step 1:

It is crucial to be in a state of
relaxation and positivity when
practicing visualization. You can
take a leisurely walk in a park, take
a relaxing bath, or listen to feel-
good music. Once you're relaxed,
find a quiet, comfortable place
where you won't be interrupted.
There is no minimum or maximum
time for visualization, but the more
time you spend on it, the more
effective it will be.

Step 2:

Once you feel calm and receptive,


create a detailed picture of your goal,
taking as much time as you need to
visualize it. For example, if you are
imagining a promotion from a large
company, imagine your boss offering
you the promotion, people
congratulating you, positive reactions
from family and friends, etc. Try to
make the experience as realistic as
possible, including sounds, smells, and
other sensory details.

Step 3:

Keep the feelings associated with your


visualization. While the most
important part of creative visualization
is the step above, achievements are
more likely when you let them affect
your everyday life. Try to hold on to the
feelings of accomplishment,
happiness, confidence, and peace that
you experienced during the
visualization, and repeat the positive
affirmations about the visualized goal.

Try to practice creative visualization


every day. Many people prefer to do it
right before bed (for 15 minutes), but
the important thing is to keep in the
daily habit of visualizing your goal until
it becomes a reality.

Creative visualization is incredibly

important role in your life in helping
you achieve your dreams. However, to
substantially increase your chances of
success, you must take concrete steps
to achieve your goals. Be open to
relevant opportunities, be brave, and
believe that you can and deserve to
live a happy, complete, and fulfilling

PRACTICE OF PHYSICAL EXERCISES

As much as we have a tiring and


busy routine, we must take care of
our health, which includes regular
physical exercise. Did you know
that one of the main benefits of
physical activity is the prevention
of serious problems such as cancer,
heart disease and diabetes?

That's because this habit helps


control cholesterol, blood sugar
and pressure, in addition to
avoiding a sedentary life, risk
factors for many diseases. But the
advantages do not stop there, for
this reason, I am going to explain
other gains that it is possible to
achieve by exercising daily.

1. Make a list of all the tasks: Start by


making a list of all the tasks that need to
be done, big or small. This includes daily,
weekly, monthly, and even long-term
tasks.

2. Prioritize Tasks – After listing all the


tasks, it is important to prioritize them.
Rank them in order of importance and
urgency so you can focus on the most
important tasks first.

3. Set deadlines: After prioritizing the


tasks, it is important to set deadlines for

If you wake up late, you have to
rush to work and sometimes you
are late, your morning is already
stressful and this can affect the
whole day.
Try to wake up on time (avoid
using "sleep" mode on your
phone), eat a healthy breakfast,
and give yourself enough time to
get to work without rushing.

Try to make your mornings calmer


and, if possible, away from stress.
Of course, you can't always escape
the crowded bus or traffic, but if
you start the day in a relaxed frame
of mind, these obstacles probably
won't affect your mood and
disposition as much.

Here are some tips to help you


develop the habit of getting up early:

1. Set a regular bedtime: It's important


to have a regular bedtime to help your
body prepare for sleep. Try to get at
least 7-8 hours of sleep a night to feel

KNOW HOW TO SAY “NO”
Knowing how to say "no" is an
important and often underestimated
habit, especially in this day and age
when people are often bombarded
with other people's requests and
expectations. The ability to say "no"
may seem like an unpleasant and even
selfish skill, but it is essential to
personal and professional success.

Saying "yes" to everything that


appears in front of you has a very high
cost: your time. The more things you
commit to doing, the less time you will
have for yourself and your things.

In addition to being an alarmingly


time-stealing habit, saying "yes" too
much can also get in the way of doing
things right.

Just imagine that you agree to do


several things for several people to
please them. However, there are so
many that you end up not being able
to spend much time on any of them.

How often do you cultivate gratitude
for life, for everything you have
achieved, for your experiences and for
the people you have by your side?

Gratitude is a powerful habit that can


transform anyone's life. Those who
have the ability to feel gratitude for
the simple things in life are more likely
to live a happy and fulfilling life. Also,
grateful people have a positive impact
on their environment and on the
people around them.

From a scientific point of view,


gratitude brings together beliefs of
deep appreciation and positive
emotions. These intense experiences
of being grateful for important things,
people, or life experiences have the
power to connect us to the meaning
and purpose of our lives.

Being grateful to people or events in


life leads us to emotional states that
favor a sense of well-being, optimism,
and greater self-control. The benefits
of gratitude range from lessening the
effects of chronic stress to
experiencing frequent positive

and researcher Robert Emmons, being
grateful frequently is key to lifelong

childhood to old age, accumulating
evidence documents the wide range
of psychological, physical, and

gratitude (sleep, immunity, stress

One of the main reasons practicing


gratitude can help us shift our focus
from being sad about what we lack to
being happy about what we have is
that our brains can't focus on positive
and negative things at the same time.

How?

There are some tips that can help


develop this skill:

1. Practice gratitude every day: Take

things you are grateful for. You can do

In time, you will realize that there are
many more things to be grateful for.

you are grateful for every day. It

You will encounter fears, afflictions
and gigantic difficulties. It is common
that, in front of them, you seem very
small, but that is what evil feeds on,
and you have to turn it around.

Courage is an essential habit for


anyone seeking financial and personal
success. Courageous people are those
who face challenges, take risks, and
are willing to step out of their comfort
zone in pursuit of their goals. They do
not let fear control their lives and
make important decisions, even
though this may bring them
uncertainty and insecurities.

challenge, but it is something that can
be worked on and improved over time.
One of the ways to do this is through
practice. By facing small daily

DRINK WATER
Keep hydrated. Simple as that, drink
water. It's important because if you're
not well hydrated, you can get tired
and depressed. Drinking water helps
keep blood pressure under control and
transports nutrients and oxygen
through cells.

Here are some ideas to help you


develop and maintain a water habit:

1. Don't wait for thirst to arrive: Thirst is


a late sign. Thus, when she appears, it
means that the body is already less
supplied with liquid than it should be.
That is, you are already at the
beginning of the dehydration process.

2. Drink a glass of water every hour or


hour and a half: By dividing
consumption, we maintain constant
hydration. The human body always
needs to have enough fluid for its
reactions. There is no use drinking 1/2

Surely you already know the
importance of saving money for
unforeseen moments, to achieve goals,
make dreams come true, among others.

However, in practice, things are not as


simple as they seem. Separating a part
of the salary each month and leaving it
in some investment (we will return to
this point shortly) is a difficult task. That
is why many people stop trying to
improve their financial life and put their
budget in order.

And actually, when we think about


getting rich, it doesn't matter how
much you earn, but how much you can
save.

OBS: If today you have a low salary,


which is barely enough to pay the bills, I
do not recommend that you waste a lot
of time trying to save. I suggest you
focus your energy on making more
money.

But if you earn a little more than you


have to pay the bills, I recommend
that you follow these steps to save:

First step: Schedule your expenses in


advance. Before the month begins,
write down everything you will have to
pay, all the fixed bills and estimate
variable expenses such as the market,
the pharmacy, etc.

Ideally, you should schedule all of this


on a spreadsheet on your computer,
but if you don't know how to use it, a
notebook will work just fine.

It's also ideal to set aside some budget


for unexpected expenses, but the
more precise you are in planning, the
fewer unexpected expenses you'll
have.

Second step: After programming all


your expenses, you will have a vision of
how much you will receive and how
much you will spend in the month. If
your expenses exceed your budget, it
is recommended that you try to
reduce a few things.

Third step: If you have a budget


surplus, it is recommended that you
reserve that money as soon as you
receive it and invest it. But I'll talk
more about investing in habit 14.

Fourth step: Win more. Yes, the best


way to save money is to earn more,
but here's the secret: as you earn
more, you should keep your spending
plan the same, only increasing the
money you invest. That way you will
achieve wealth faster.

DISCIPLINE
Learning to be more disciplined is an
essential mental skill, which in other
words means being mentally capable
of planning, performing set tasks, and
consistently progressing in any
activity.

Of course, mastering this personal skill


means getting out of the bubble of
comfort and giving up certain
momentary pleasures of
procrastination in exchange for the
greater good.

And perhaps these are the biggest


performance limiters for those looking
forlike having discipline in diet, gym,
work or studies.

However, developing self-discipline is


a personal development process that
can be improved. And over time, it can
change the way of life for anyone who
pursues their own ambitions.

Learning to be more disciplined


requires methods and they need
objectives, goals and procedures. If
they don't exist, there's nothing you
discipline yourself for in the first place.

Then keep these concepts in mind to


create your own methods:

· Stipulate clear and consistent


objectives to be pursued.
· Walk the path with small goals that
are interdependent.
· Develop procedures that satisfactorily
meet the objectives.
· Perfect each process, goal and always
review your final goal.
Do it with work goals, your diet,
studies or as a way to solve problems
in general, because following them is
the best way to progressively live
around your personal purposes.

SEARCH FOR EVOLUTION
You evolve as your habits evolve.
When you spend MORE HOURS
watching investing, entrepreneurship,
and personal development videos on
YouTube than you do on Netflix, you
can be sure that before long,
“miraculously,” your life will start to
improve.

It just doesn't evolve who doesn't want


to. We have a great tool in our hands
that is the internet, where you can
learn whatever you want for free.

The only factor that influences this


learning is yourself.

Are you willing to spend more time


learning something new that can take
your life to another level, or would you
rather lie on the couch every weekend
and binge an entire series on Netflix?

Nothing against Netflix, in fact, I have


an account and I use it a lot, since
leisure and rest are part of good
mental hygiene habits, but common
sense is necessary!

Your choices, your consequences. So


don't say that your parents, your
children, your friends, your boss, the
government and others are to blame
for your life being like this...

The fault, in the end, is solely yours.


The sooner you understand this, the
better.

READING
When Warren Buffett was asked
about the key to success, he
pointed to a stack of books next to
him and said, “Read 500 pages like
this every day. This is how
knowledge works. It accumulates,
like compound interest. You all can
do it, but I guarantee many of you
won't."

Buffett takes this habit to an


extreme, reading between 600 and
1,000 pages a day when he started
his investing career, and still spends
about 80% of his day reading.

And he is not alone. Here are just a few


business leaders and entrepreneurs
who make reading an important part
of their daily lives:

· Bill Gates reads about 50 books a


year, which means 1 a week
· Mark Cuban reads more than 3 hours
a day

asked how he learned to build rockets,
he said: "I read books."
· Mark Zuckerberg decided to read a
book every 2 weeks throughout 2015
Oprah Winfrey selects one of her
favorite books each month for her
book club members to read and
discuss

And these are not just isolated


examples. A study of 1,200 wealthy
people found that everyone has
reading as a common pastime.

just anything. They are very
selective about what they read,
opting for education over
entertainment. They believe that
books are a gateway to learning
and knowledge.

I recommend that you choose a


good book on personal
development and read it for 15
minutes when you lie in bed
before going to sleep.

INITIATIVE
The work meeting begins and you are
full of ideas and solutions, but for
something you cannot explain, you
simply cannot speak.

About ten minutes later, a coworker


raises his hand and says exactly what
you were going to say.

Compliments flow freely to your


colleague and you think, "Wow, I'm so
shy, I need to understand how to take
initiative in life."

When it's not work, it's at home.

Sometimes you realize that


something is not right, that you have
to change it, but you continue to
ignore it, keeping everything to
yourself.
You get angry, but you think: "I have
to pay more attention to the
problems, I only act when the
situation becomes untenable."

shyness is not your problem. Your
problem, in reality, is that you lack
initiative in life.

People with more initiative, both


professionally and personally, are

Be proactive: The initiative is allied

having initiative in life is only when
you perform great actions. Believe

STUDY ABOUT FINANCES

First I want to say what you should


not waste time studying. All the rich
people that I have met during these
years do not invest in these things
that I am going to mention below,
you may not believe it because the
guy who boasts of luxurious cars and
mansions on the internet said that
he got rich with it. But what nobody
tells you is that he got rich teaching
other people to invest in this, in fact,
he never made money with these
investments.

Take a moment and think about all


the successful people in your city or
neighborhood. Certainly no one
invests in these things.

So don't waste your time (and


money) on this:
Cryptocurrencies
Bitcoin
Trading
Sports bets
Investment robot
Binary options
Multilevel marketing
Brave
Etc..

I know many will attack and curse


me for this, but if I prevent even one
person from losing their hard-earned
money by investing in these scams,
then I've done my part.

But then, what do I do with that


money that I have saved?

The first thing you should do is create


a financial mattress, this financial
mattress must cover your monthly
expenses for at least 6 months. Then,
every month you will have to apply
the money saved in this mattress.
Thus, if an unforeseen event occurs in
your life, you will not need to acquire
debts, allowing you to prosper
financially.

I suggest you invest this money from


the liquidity cushion in fixed income,
ask your bank manager, or you can
do it directly through your cell phone
application. This investment is safe
and can be withdrawn on the same
day with no change in value, in case
something unforeseen occurs and
you need it.

mattress? Then I suggest you start
studying stocks and real estate funds.
These topics are very extensive and
require hours of study before you
start investing.

But it is worth mentioning a thought


that I carry with me:
Be aggressive in business and
moderate in investing, the financial
market will never make someone
rich overnight, but it can leave you
poor. The enrichment process is slow
and gradual, always keep that in
mind.

CELEBRATE YOUR PROGRESS

Know that inserting this custom into


your life is very important. This
attitude will provide an increase in
your confidence level and will also
allow you to gain more conviction for
even greater achievements. Don't
expect something grand to
celebrate. Try to visualize and
acknowledge that there have been
small advances.

Some people tend to only visualize
