Greetings!

My name is Jeila Marie J. Mondejar, twenty-seven years old, a resident of Roxas Street, Brgy. I, San
Miguel, Iloilo. I first graduated with a National Certificate II in Information Technology in New Lucena
Polytechnic College, New Lucena, Iloilo. After 2 years of studying, I worked as a Customer Service
Representative under Transcom Iloilo for 10months and moved to Startek Iloilo due to self
development and greater opportunities that leads me to 3 1/2 years of service with them. While
working with Startek, I entered college again and graduated with a a degree in Christian Education in
Rabbi Theological Seminary and International Ministries Inc., Dasmarinas, Cavite. Stopped working
and that I tried selling products online while studying but don’t luck for selling socks online. So I
applied again as a Customer Representative under Iqor Iloilo and stayed with them for a year and half
then moved to another company due to account matters. I’m currently working at Telus International-
Philippines for about a 10 months and recently, I opened my own small coffee shop in our town.

Although I took 2 different field of courses, I still wanna take a course that I really love. That’s why I
wanna take Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. I wanna learn about managing things
about shops or food industries.
