(MRAA) to be held on May 21 – 27, 2023, the undersigned would like to ask permission that
Cryss Xyriss I. Tuliao be allowed to have an inhouse trainings and practices with her designated
event/game.

Furthermore, kindly excuse her from her classes from May 16 – 19, 2023, and allow her to make
up for exams, activities, or assignments she might miss.
