Our Society, the SKEPTRON – ALPHA KAPPA RHO International Humanitarian Service Fraternity
and Sorority, AKP – Limay Municipal Council, would like to request from your good office for funds for
our upcoming 50th Anniversary at MOA Arena, August 08. 2023.

Rationale:
This 50th Golden Anniversary will held by the National Council together with the 13 Founders also the
Grand High Founding Father “Jose Boy Chua”, Officers of the National Council, Regional Council,
Provincial Council and Municipal Council. The purpose of this meet and greet is to learn the history,
facts about the Fraternity and to learn more about our fraternity.
It will helps the AKP Limay Municipal Council learn about leadership and camaraderie.

Budget:
 Transportation – van rental 8000 x 5 van = 40,000
 Food Allowance 150 x 50 persons = 7,500
Total amount = 47,500

A pleasant day! Our Society, the SKEPTRON – ALPHA KAPPA RHO International Humanitarian
Service Fraternity and Sorority, AKP – Rho Tetha Reformista Community Chapter, would like to request
from your Honorobly Decent Office for extra funds any amount will do for us to continue our pending
project to build our AKP local chapter signage.

Rationale:
This signage will stand as our accomplishment for helping the community, to do programs that benefit the
youth and the society, it will serves as our Identity as a group who create good deeds and established
camaraderie and unity, also this would help the general public to call for a emergency rescue using the
hotline numbers of local offices painted on that signage.
