Assumed is the following common situation: Code

• a 15 mm cold water pipe to the clamped
joint of the inlet combination 1250-0-05-21
• a sink drain (Ø40 mm PVC) in the

immediate vicinity of the boiler
• connections of the boiler with 3/8” male
thread

Fitting instructions
Please note: connect the boiler in accordance
with local rules and regulations!
• decide on the location of the boiler
• thoroughly rinse the cold water pipe
• fit the high-pressure hose with 3/8” flat
coupling and 10 mm clamped joint (1a)
to the hot-water connection of the boiler
and the hot-water connection of the tap
respectively
• fit the high-pressure hose with 3/8” flat
coupling and Ø15 mm pipe (1c) to the
cold-water connection of the boiler and
the PenTec inlet combination (15 mm
clamped joint) (3) respectively
• attach the PenTec inlet combination (3)
with the 15 mm clamped joint to the Ø15
mm copper pipe supplied (2) and connect
this pipe to the brass T-piece (4)
• fit the brass T-piece 15 clamp (4) to the
cold water pipe
• fit the high-pressure hose with Ø15 mm
pipe and 10 mm clamp coupling (1b) to
the brass T-piece (4) and the cold-water
connection of the tap respectively
• turn the funnel of the inlet combination
(3) down in a vertical position and connect
the flexible plastic hose (5) to the funnel,
using the plastic adapter (6)
• connect the plastic hose (5) to the lower
positioned T-piece (8) and fit this T-piece (8)
to the drain
• using the plastic tie-wrap (7) to make a
U-shaped bend in the flexible hose (5) to
prevent unwanted sewer smells
• open the hot-water tap and the main valve
to fill the boiler with water
• close the hot-water tap as soon as water
flows out, and check all water connections
for any leaks
Note
A small amount of water escaping from
the relief valve is no reason for concern. It
happens because the water is expanding by
approximately 3% of its original volume.
