Dialog A: Proceed to Sheltered Anchorage

Dalian Radio: (on VHF) Attention all vessels. This is Dalian Radio.
Typhoon No. 5 will land in the next four hours. All
vessels at mooring must move to the sheltered
anchorage, over.

according to Port Rules, otherwise you make

Practical Expressions 实用表达方式

1. You must anchor at 0930 UTC.
