Status Indicator
Power ON
1 Press the power switch on the front.
2 Select operator and Logon.

3 Preform Self-check. (About 6 minutes)

Check the status indicator becomes green.

Prepare for measurement

1 Touch the [ ] bottom.

2 Select the parameter set.

3 Input the sample ID number.

(Read barcode by handy barcode reader. )

Set test cartridge (CRP/HbA1c only)

Mix with inversion the test cartridge.

Shake down the cartridge to collect the
reagent to bottom.
The sliding door will automatically be opened,

Set the test cartridge.

3 Close the Sliding door.

(*) Measure within 15 minutes.

4 Mix with inversion the sample tube 20

times or more.

When the information key [ ] is turn on red or flashes, touch it to

display. Take the displayed action, and touch [ ] key .
Closed mode *Before measuring, mix with inversion the
sample tube 20 times or moe..

If the tube holder is not open,

Press the [ ] key at the bottom of the screen to
open the tube holder.

2 Set the sample tube into

it. Measurement will start
automatically.

*Until the sample nozzle rises automatically,

Remove the lid of the sample tube

and insert the sample nozzle at the
position of right figure.
2 Press the measurement switch.

*Be sure to use an assembler and insert the end

Capillary mode of the capillary firmly into the adapter.

1 Set the capillary adapter at the

end of the capillary.

2 Collect patient's blood by a capillary with a capillary adapter.

Insert the capillary adapter firmly

3 into the end of the sample tube
and make sure it is in close
contact.
4 Press the measuring switch.

[Note] Capillary and capillary adapters are different by parameters.

 For CBC+CRP (20μL) :YZ-009B1/100With a book
 For HbA1c (10μL) :T815 /100With a book
 Check measurement results
CBC result is shown within about one minute.
CRP result is shown about 4 minutes.
HbA1c result is shown about 6 minutes.
The result will printout from the printer automatically.
Input next sample ID
number .

Check the data.

Display the histograms

Display the normal

range bar graph.

Check the flag message.

(*) The HbA1c result screen is different.

The function keys are same. Printout. Transfer the result.

Replace Reagents
1 Replace the empty reagent bottle with a new one.

2 From the Home screen, Touch [Reagents] key.

Empty the waste container.

1 Empty the waste container.

2 From the Home screen, touch [Reagent] key.
3 Check the box of “drain”, and touch [Exchange].

Press [Yes]

Power OFF
Press the power switch on the front.
The instrument perform Cleaning (about 10 Minutes),
automatically, after that the power will be OFF.
(When the protein cleaning period comes, it will be done automatically.)
