TODAY WE ARE GOING TO MAKE A
DELICIOUS CHONTA SALAD
Chonta salad is from the peruvian
jungle, it is also very nutritious and
we can eat it at any time,
because it is easy to prepare.

INGREDIENTS
800 gr of
chontas
1 avocado
1/2 kg tomatoes
500 gr onions
4 lemons
A head lettuce
Salt
Olive oil
HOW TO MAKE
CHONTA SALAD

1. First, wash the ingredients.

2. Next, strip the chonta and


the lettuce.

3. Then, cut tomatoes, onion


and lemons. And put them in a
bowl.

4. After that, add salt, olive


oil and lemon juice to taste.

5. Finally, mix and serve.
