Note that there will be 5-10 seconds of power interruption during power transfer from normal to emergency and vice versa. Kindly secure all your electrical and electronic equipment’s to avoid any damages during and after the Generator Sets with Load Testing, also Spark Place Property Management will not be liable for any damages that may result. This activity will assess the efficiency of our emergency back-up power in case of power interruption and also to exercise the mechanical arts of our generator sets.
