Relative to efficient delivery of programs and services of

Department of Labor and Employment-National Capital Region,
the Occupational Safety and Health Administrative Reports
namely, Company OSH Program, Annual Medical Report, Annual
Work AccidenUlllness Exposure Data Report, Report of Safety
Organization and Minutes of the Meeting of Safety and Health

Format effective 1 January 2023 through our official website at
https:llclients.ncr.dole.gov.ph. Hence, clients are advised to
facilitate the completeness and accuracy of the data to be provided
in the system.
