The Content Production Design team is searching for an exceptional Production Design Lead to lead
Sports Production on the TV App. Our ideal candidate for the role is a strategic design planner with an
unwavering commitment to excellent design execution. You will partner with a global network of
designers, editors, technologists, and producers to create a world-class Sports viewing experience.

Key Qualifications Possesses knowledge and passion for sports

Demonstrates an organized strategic approach to production design

Track record of creating innovative production solutions with cross functional teams

Experience leading design work effectively and encourage them to implement the most desirable
design solution

Experience delivering broadcast graphics

Extensive experience with global localization on static and motion graphics

Experience adapting artwork across various template sizes

Possesses acute attention to detail and ability to adhere to design guidelines and specifications

Proactive problem-solving and the ability to work independently to troubleshoot technical and
process related issues

Ability to be flexible, adapt quickly to change, and to focus and prioritize in a dynamic environment

5+ years of related experience within a streaming platform, digital agency, and / or in-house
creative group

Command of visual design and typography principles

Clear and concise communication and organizational skills

Description In this role, you will create production strategies, prioritize daily projects, and cultivate a positive
team environment. We're looking for someone with deep art direction and hands-on graphic design
experience to engage in details needed to continually set a higher standard for quality and
innovation. As a team leader, you will be responsible for maintaining connections across partner
teams to communicate and develop production design principals. You will also work with other
design leaders and the wider content team to envision opportunities to elevate product experiences.

Education & Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience

Experience

Additional Portfolio demonstrating relevant production design case studies

Requirements 5+ years of experience in production design and 2+ years in production design management

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere, Sketch, and Keynote.

Proficiency in project management software such as Asana or Wrike

Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range
for this role is between $125,000 and $218,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills,
qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in
Appleʼs discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary
restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in
