PYREXIA 3.0 : The third and most ambitious rendition of the
annual socio-cultural and sports fest of AIIMS Rishikesh
promises to provide a week of unparalleled excitement and joy.
Along the banks of the peaceful Ganges, onlooking the Himalayas
on the horizon is a festival like no other. The best of both worlds
- Pyrexia is the perfect blend of grand galas and the scenic
beauty of this holy town.

From cheering on your friends in cut-throat competitions to

swaying your hands in colourful concerts, Pyrexia offers to
entertain and enable students from all over the country to
participate in a vast range of activities. So clear up your

medical fests in India !
ABOUT AIIMS RISHIKESH
Situated by the banks of the Holy Ganges, All India Institute of
Medical Science, Rishikesh is an institute which continues to
provide excellent tertiary patient care, not only in treating
patients but also in imparting knowledge to others. AIIMS
Rishikesh functions as a ‘Vishwavidalya’ which implies, ‘Learn
from the world and also teach the world.’ We also intend to
provide our experiences to upgrade local medical colleges and
district hospitals, so that others grow with us as well.

Our institute commenced IPD services with a 200-bedded facility.

We have grown rapidly with an enormous escalation in services
with a current bed of 1060. AIIMS Rishikesh is fully equipped with
skilled personnel facilities for safe definitive care with a firm
belief in the principles of 4As, i.e., Availability, Affability, Ability
and Affordability. With this, we wish to extend ourselves and
compete with the best in the world.

Basic registration is mandatory for participation in any event
during the fest.
After registering as a delegate, you can register for different
events as well as for accommodation.
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after
registering as a delegate and for each individual event
following completion of the payment.
In case you encounter any problems or discrepancies during
the registration process, contact the Registration team.
On-spot registration will be open for selected events subject to
the availability of slots.

-Guests are required to maintain a socially sound decorum by not
engaging in verbal fights, physical violence, disrespectful
behaviour, disregarding the PYREXIA registration team or security,
failing which, you will be asked to evacuate the premises, with
immediate action.
-Throughout the 5day-5night fest, drinking, smoking, and littering
in the open would be banned and people found in violation will be
fined for the same.

ACCOMODATION
We have made arrangements to accommodate the delegates at both the AIIMS
RISHIKESH campus and with our trusted hospitality partners.

Accommodation options are available both online and offline, but please note that
slots are limited.

For online booking, you can find the phone numbers of coordinators below. Once you
make a booking, you will receive a soft copy of the receipt. Make sure to present this
receipt at the accommodation desk in the hostel during check-in. Your documents
(Delegate card, College ID, and Aadhar card) will be verified, and you'll receive a hard
copy of the receipt, which is required for\ the
L security deposit refund during check-
out.

Offline accommodation will be available at the registration desk near the entry gate
when you arrive at the fest, depending on availability. As slots are limited,
accommodation will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. It is advisable to
book your accommodation well in advance.

Amenities:
1. Comfortable in-campus accommodations are provided.

2. Basic facilities like water coolers, mattresses, fans, bucket and mugs in rooms with
attached bathrooms will be available.

3. To ensure students' safety, security guards will be present.

Rules
1. Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the hostel premises.
2. Students are responsible for the security of their luggage.

3. Only students with confirmed accommodation bookings will be allowed

to enter the hostel.
4. Any damage to the provided facilities will result in non-refundable
security charges and additional fees based on the extent of the damage.
5. Refunds will not be provided in case of cancellations.
