the development and even culture of Filipinos.

Personal SWOT Analysis:

A Personal SWOT analysis is an exercise in self-introspection to help you

understand yourself and prepare for growth.
S - Strengths
W – Weaknesses
O – Opportunities
T - Threats.
WHAT DO YOU WRITE IN YOUR SWOT ANALYSIS

Strength: This is where you look at your inner strength. This is internal, meaning, your
characteristic that you think is good. Included in your strength are your skills and
talents, your moral convictions, or the absence thereof.

Think of something good in you that really came from you and not from outside
sources or factors.
Weaknesses: The opposite of strength. Also internal (came from you
and not from outside factor)

> write what you think is you weakness, something that you can
control but you choose not to control.
> Include in your weakness something that you lack in character,
if you think it is a weakness you may include something that you think
you are not good at
Opportunities – think of external influences

> you can look at it from the school you are enrolled, your neighbors, or even
your family. Are there influential people in your life that you derive benefits in your
life?
> courses, seminars or even jobs that make you stronger, personally.
Threats – they are external obstacles that are standing between you and your ideals
or vision of a “best” or “better” you.

> something that holds you back, or that makes your goal difficult to achieve

> someone that pushed you down instead of encouraging you to achieve your
dream
After identifying your SWOT, write down in your output your own life analysis based
on your SWOT.

> you can include Ramon Reyes’ crosspoints in determining the external factors
of your opportunities and threats.

> Questions you should ask yourself: WHO AM I? WHAT MAKES ME WHO I AM
TODAY? WHAT SHOULD I DO TO OVERCOME MY WEAKNESSES AND TO FIX MY
EXTERNAL THREATS?
