1) SHIPPERS WHEN UTILISING RCL'S SERVICE ARE STRICTLY REQUIRED TO USE RCL'S BULLET SEAL(S)
TO AFFIX ONTO THE CONTAINER(S) THAT IS COLLECTED FROM RCL FOR SHIPMENT PRIOR TO ITS DELIVERY
TO THE RCL'S CY TERMINAL. SEAL(S) ARE TO BE AFFIXED AT THE RIGHT DOOR OF THE CONTAINER.
2) RCL SEAL NUMBER MUST BE SHOWN ON THE B/L AND THE SAME MUST BE PROPERLY DECLARED
BY THE CARGO INTERESTS/SHIPPER.
3) AFFIXATION OF ADDITIONAL SEAL OWNED BY SHIPPER IS ALLOWED SUBJECT B/L CLAUSING INSERTED BY RCL.
4) RCL RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO TAKE WHATEVER LEGAL ACTION NECESSARY AGAINST THE CARGO
INTEREST/SHIPPER FOR THE IMPROPER USAGE OF RCL'S SEALS.
ALL HAZARDOUS (DG) CONTAINER, PLEASE COMPLY FOLLOWING PROCEDURE ;-
1) EXPORTER HAVE TO SUBMIT FORMAL DG APPLICATION WITH AUTHORIZED ENDORSEMENT BEFORE RETURN LADEN
CONTAINER TO TERMINAL.
2) STANDARD DG STICKER WITH APPROVED IMCO CLASS AND UN NUMBER MUST BE AFFIXED ONTO CONTAINER SIDE, FRONT,
AND DOOR PANEL.
3) ANY WRONGLY DECLARED OR UN-DECLARED DG CARGO IS SUBJECT TO PENALTY OF USD 30,000 PER UNIT.
