planner.
Attends Live Lessons, as outlined in planner.
Is on camera and uses a microphone to communicate when
appropriate.
Gets help from Learning Coach & Teacher(s)
Maintains consistent contact with their Homeroom Teacher.
Checks planner, teacher message board and/or teacher
website daily.
Maintains a quiet place to work and study.
Orientation
If you have not yet done so, please complete your
Student/Learning Coach Orientation and
JumpStart as soon as possible.
You will find this in the To Do List on your home
page.
This orientation can always be found in the
Virtual Library under “Trainings and Tutorials” for
your reference during the school year.
You will also need to read and sign the Honor
Code (Learning Coach and Student).
Planner &
Lessons
Start work in your lessons on the first day of school.
Select the first lesson from your daily Planner found on your student home page.
There are new lessons assigned each school day, so it is important that you stay
on top of lessons.
Most of your textbooks are available online.
Even if you do not have your books yet, you should still begin lessons
immediately.
Some of your courses are entirely online and will not require textbooks.

Attendance
Elementary students are required to work
an average of 6 hours per day (this is
considered a full day). Attendance should
be entered by Learning Coaches every day..
If your student completes all lessons
shown on their planner for that day, you will
put in 6 hours.
You DO NOT need to put in anything for the
weekends, just leave them BLANK.
If you need help, do not hesitate to contact
me or your other teachers by phone or

Contact WebMail message.

Mrs. Budreau's Teacher Website

I have a class website that is a growing, ever-changing

Teacher
document.
Here you can find all of my contact information, watch our live
lesson recordings, learn more about test corrections, portfolio

Website instructions, resources, find more information about class dojo,

and so much more!
My teacher website can be found at Mrs. Budreau's Website.
Class Dojo
We use Class Dojo as our reward system for
hard work! Students can login and change their
monster avatar, see their points, and even post
a photo, video, or drawing for me to see! On our
class website, you’ll find more information
about how to earn points, rewards that you can
earn, and how to spend your points.

Fry Words
Fry Word lists are attached to the welcome webmail (they can be found on our class website under
Language Arts as well).
Please have your student practice reading each list until they can read it with 100% accuracy in less
than 1 minute.
I will test students on their Fry Words when we have our monthly meetings, but if students are ready
to pass off a list before we meet, please record a video of them reading their list and send it to me.
I’ve found the best way to share these is sending it via text message. Students will earn 5 Dojo Points
for each list that they pass!
