Orientation
If you have not yet done so, please complete your
Student/Learning Coach Orientation and
JumpStart as soon as possible.
You will find this in the To Do List on your home
page.
This orientation can always be found in the
Virtual Library under “Trainings and Tutorials” for
your reference during the school year.
You will also need to read and sign the Honor
Code (Learning Coach and Student).
Planner &
Lessons
Start work in your lessons on the first day of school.
Select the first lesson from your daily Planner found on your student home page.
There are new lessons assigned each school day, so it is important that you stay
on top of lessons.
Most of your textbooks are available online.
Even if you do not have your books yet, you should still begin lessons
immediately.
Some of your courses are entirely online and will not require textbooks.
Attendance
Elementary students are required to work
an average of 6 hours per day (this is
considered a full day). Attendance should
be entered by Learning Coaches every day..
If your student completes all lessons
shown on their planner for that day, you will
put in 6 hours.
You DO NOT need to put in anything for the
weekends, just leave them BLANK.
If you need help, do not hesitate to contact
me or your other teachers by phone or
*Example: On Monday & Wednesday complete a lesson and Friday work in IM Facts.
