2. That the SECOND PARTY shall stay and live within the said property as
long as permitted by the FIRST PARTY;
3. That the SECOND PARTY shall occupy the Property with his family. Much
more so, that the SECOND PARTY shall pay the FIRST PARTY or their
duly authorized representative with the amount of FIVE HUNDRED
PESOS (PHP 500.00) as monthly rent .
4. That the SECOND PARTY has agreed to take care of the said properties
and to preserve the same from any trespass and destruction;
5. That the SECOND PARTY shall not sublease nor sell any portion of the
premises;
6. That the SECOND PARTY shall maintain the said premises in sanitary
conditions;
7. That the SECOND PARTY shall inspect the property and check for any
signs of damages, forced entry, or any other condition that may be of
concern to the FIRST PARTY;
8. That the SECOND PARTY shall maintain a log of any and all activities
performed as required and shall make such log available to the FIRST
PARTY or their duly authorized representative upon demand. Such log
shall include at a minimum the date of the activity and a description of the
findings and activity of the caretaker during each visit.
10. That the SECOND PARTY shall not introduce any renovation/alteration
within the said properties unless upon the written consent of the FIRST
PARTY;
11. Ownership and title to the Property shall remain with the FIRST PARTY;
12. That the FIRST PARTY or their duly authorized representatives shall
have the right to inspect the premises at any reasonable hour of the day,
provided that prior notice has been given to the SECOND PARTY;
I. AMENDMENT
The FIRST PARTY may amend, modify or supplement this agreement upon
notice to the SECOND PARTY. Amendments will be effective immediately once
signed by all parties.
II. EFFECTIVITY
This Agreement shall take effect upon signing hereof and will remain in full
force and effect for a period of two (2) years.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in the City of__________ on this

following; presenting competent evidence of identity, as follows:
all known to me to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument
consisting of four (4) pages including this page, where the acknowledgment is
written, and they acknowledged to me that the same is their free act and deed as
well as the entity/corporation they represent.
