 Shipment Planning 2 Update: Carrier No Show
Tesla Portal Shipment Planning 2 has been improved.
We have added functionality to allow suppliers to notify Tesla when a carrier does
not show up to pick up a shipment.

• Suppliers who coordinate and pay for their own transportation are exempt.

• Checking this box will record a log of the Carrier No Show

• This check box appears only under these conditions:

– Ready Date is in the past
– ASN has not yet been submitted
– The box is not already checked (because it can only be checked off one time)

– Ready Date is in the past
– ASN has not been submitted yet
– The box is not already checked, because it can only be checked off one time

 Completing the Shipment
• Once the shipment has been successfully picked up by the carrier, please follow
the normal process to submit the ASN.

• Before submitting the ASN, always double check for complete accuracy.
– The ASN is permanent and cannot be reversed.

• If you are unsure how to complete the shipment creation process, please
reference the training documentation in the Tesla Supplier Portal:
Tesla Portal > Guidelines > Procure to Pay
