OBJECTIVE
The objective of this practice is to learn to identify and manipulate the
different elements and characteristics used in an electropneumatic circuit.
MATERIAL´S LIST
1.-simple acting cylinder
1.- 3/2 valve piloted
3.- hoses
1-hose 6mm
1.-Distributor
1.-maintenance unit
1.- button box
1.- 24-volt source
1.-contact box normally open/closed
2.- inductive switch
1- box of timers
25- connection cables
PHASE DIAGRAM
When the start button is pressed, the current will flow to a coil that turns into the
position of an inductive switch (A0) that is activated allows current to flow to the coil
(K2).
Letting the current that circulates through the (K1) coil circulate, causing the valve
seleenoid (VI1) when this action is performed the inductive switch (A0) by
describing (K2) and activates the inductive switch (A1) and it will activate the timer
(y1) that after a period of 5 second pass to a normally open state making the
seleenoid of the valve (VI1) and completing the circuit.
REVISION SHEET
CONCLUSION
Thanks to a previous symbology work, it was possible to carry out practice 1 of unit
3 since it was possible to visualize in a more efficient way the necessary material
for the realization of the pre-practice.
It was possible to observe the operation of a timer thanks to the previous
explanation of the teacher and thanks to this it was possible to carry out the control
practice with a physical timer.
