Oriental Salad

INGREDIENTS:

60 GR lettuce
40 GR cucumber
600 GR cherry tomato
10 GR carrot
5 GR Pumpkin seed
20 GR Mix roast nut
20 GR Home mustard dressing

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. First dice the cucumber, sheved the carrot and cut the cherry tomato in
half.
2. Then mix all ingredients with the home mustard dressing.
3. Serve immediately.
Tomato Salad

INGREDIENTS:

80 GR Cherry tomato
100 GR Beef tomato
80 GR Garden tomato
10 GR Capers
5 GR Chives
5 GR Vinegar
5 GR Sunflower seeds
15 GR Lettuce

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. First cut all tomatoes into wages then grilled the garden tomato
2. Season the tomatoes with salt, pepper and olive oil
3. Plate the lettuce as a bed then top with the three kind of tomatoes
4. Finish with capers, sunflower seeds and chives.
Shaved cucumber salad

INGREDIENTS:

120 GR shaved cucumber


65 GR Artichoke
30 GR Green olives
20 GR Onion
30 GR Green bell pepper
10 GR White wine vinegar
5 GR Fresh oregano
5 GR Mix lettuce

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Season the shaved cucumber, onion and green bell pepper with salt,
pepper, olive oil and white wine vinegar.
2. Then plate the cucumber like curly and on top onion, bell pepper,
artichoke, green olives and fresh oregano
3. Finish with some mix lettuce.
Ricotta cheese salad

INGREDIENTS:

40 GR Ricotta Cheese
65 GR Zucchini
70 GR Tomato
20 GR lettuce
30 GR Fresh strawberry
10 GR Balsamic reduction
10 GR Roasted pine nut
20 GR mix lettuce

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Shaved the zucchini and season with salt, pepper, garlic and thyme
then grilled.
2. Then season the tomato, lettuce with salt, pepper and olive oil.
3. Plate the grilled zucchini round the plate and put the mix lettuce and
tomato on the middle.
4. Then sprinkle the ricotta cheese on the top, fresh strawberry and
roasted pine nut, finally finish drizzling balsamic reduction.
Marinated yellow fin tuna

INGREDIENTS:
80 GR Tuna fish
65 GR Mango
50 GR Passion fruit
10 GR Lemon
30 GR Corn
20 GR Red Onion
10 GR Coriander
5 GR Red Chili pepper

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix all ingredient except coriander and red chili and season with salt,
pepper and olive oil
2. Put on the plate and finish with coriander and red chili on the top.
