Description:
I was a part of Team B8 and we were invited to present their Design and Prototype project for NASA HUNCH at the
Johnson Space Center in Houston Texas on April 16, 2019. Teams participated in a critical design review for a NASA
challenge at Space Center Houston. The challenge involved high school students researching and designing
prototypes to advance space exploration. For that, we were assigned to design a prototype for an automated
washing machine. The students presented their projects to guests and NASA experts during the review process. The
challenge inspires and empowers students through project-based learning and the opportunity to participate in the
design and fabrication of products for NASA.
