MOTION TO RELEASE
GUARDIANSHIP BOND

The undersigned Petitioner, unto this Honorable Court, most

respectfully avers, THAT:

1. On 14 March 2017, the court issued an Order terminating my

guardianship over the property of my then minor son,
_____________________, since the latter is now of legal age;

2. It must be recalled that on 22 May 2006, the undersigned posted a

Guardianship Bond in the amount of Php 10,000.00 covered by
Official Receipt No. __________________;

3. Unfortunately, the original receipt was lost when the undersigned

transferred her residence from _____________________, to
_____________________. Nevertheless, a photocopy of the said
receipt is hereto attached as Annex “A”.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed

unto this Honorable Court, to issue an Order releasing the guardianship
bond amounting to Php 10,000.00 in favor of the undersigned.
