How are you? Perfect thanks!

It is a pleasure to have you in this interview. Let me introduce myself, my name is Mile
Jeanine Acuña. I am a software engineer and I am in charge of the software
department. Today, I will be your interviewer.

- Tell us about yourself

I am Milton Asdrubal Sabogal Garcia. I am a student of software development and

analysis at National training service, and I am also studying a diplomat in UI/UX
interface design at the National University. I am 39 years old, a father of two beautiful
children, and currently I am work at a company called Capital Salud, where I am a
medical accounts technician.

- What motivates you?

I always feel My greatest motivation is my family, primarily my children. They are the
driving force for me to keep growing and to teach them every day that everything is
achieved through effort and dedication.

- What are your hobbies?

I like to practice on Figma.

I am into cooking
I like to design web pages.
I am crazy about pets, mostly cats.
I like to play soccer.
I like to watch soccer matches.
I am interested in learning new things every day.

- What are your future plans if you get this job?

Well, first things first, I will continue to prepare myself as I enjoy staying updated, and I
know that I can achieve that in this company and thus demonstrate my commitment,
leadership, and ability to transform the company with renewable ideas.

- What are your future goals or what are your career goals?
My professional goals are to become a software engineer, help a lot of people through
technology, and enable accessibility for every person regardless of their disability.

- What do you see as a major success in your life?

I consider it a great success to be here preparing myself at 39 years old and having the
mindset to continue preparing myself because I believe that every day you learn
something new, so I consider that every day I learn something, I am being successful.

- Why did you leave your last job?

I was in my comfort zone for 8 years of my life where I was not advancing
professionally, and I decided to take a risk and quit in order to start building my future.

- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I see myself in a very good job stability, learning from every person I work with, and
creating worldwide applications to help many people.

- I am fine, thank you.

1. Tell us about yourself.

I am Mile Acuña, I am 38 years old. I live in Valledupar and I am currently

studying technologist in Analysis and software development.

 2. What motivates you?

I always feel motivated by the desire to move forward and give my best.

3. What are your hobbies?

I love clothing patterning, I like to watch video tutorials to learn more about

design, I am interested in reading about topics related to software analysis and

development, I love being with family and also listening and singing Christian music.

4. What are your future plans if you get this job?

I want with this new experience to increase my knowledge, because I am willing

to face new projects.

5. What are your future goals or what are your career goals?

Study at the university and become a systems engineer, to be able to face new

challenges in this career.

6. What do you see as a major success in your life?

I am a resilient, responsible person with a desire to learn, which helps me to work

as a team.

7. Why did you leave your last job?

Because the working hours were very strenuous and I did not share family time

I want to be a system engineer who undertakes in my own company
