KEEPING A HEALTHY MIND AND BODY

How do we keep a healthy mind and lifestyle? But first, did you know that it is estimated

3.6 million Filipinos are suffering from mental illness, so many right? So now, lets go back

to our main topic. How do we even keep a healthy mind and body? Keeping a healthy

mind and body is really important in our life. And this is how you take care of your mind

and body, you have to be an open minded person, being an open minded person is knowing

what’s right and what’s wrong and also what not to do, and what to do, now lets talk about

an exercise that is popular among women, and its yoga. Doing some yoga can help your

body and actually your mind, you might not believe me on the mind part but yoga has been

shown to lower stress hormones in our bodies while simultaneously increasing beneficial

brain chemicals like edorphin and HOBO. Because having a healthy body and mind would

really ease your mind and not think of something negative, in addition of having a healthy

mind, is about having session with your psychiatrist opening to them about your problem

would really make you feel better. And as for the body eating some healthy foods and

working out on your daily routine would really help your body be healthy. Having a

healthy lifestyle can really help you a lot, and see the beauty of the world. And this my

presentation of having a great life.
