Spine Society on April 28, 2023 6pm. in line with this our admitted pateint and currently co-managed
with your service withh be discussed in the said event. We will be presenting the case of Jimenez, Gerlie
51/F with the diagnosis of:
Cervical myelopathy sec to multiple disc bulges C2-T1
Angiolipoma, bilateral kidney
Endometriosis
Chronic Inflammatory Symmetric polyarthritis
T/c Non radiograpbic spondyloarthropathy
T/c Rheumatoid arthritis
