The student named above was caught with a phone while doing sections two and three of
Human Psychology paper on 19/07/2023 at around 2.30 p.m. which is against the rules and
regulations that mobile phones and communication gadgets should not be allowed in an
examination room. Possession of such a gadget shall lead to disqualification from the entire
examination period and suspension for a whole academic year.

I am forwarding this matter to you so that appropriate action can be taken. Accompanying this
