General Terms
Currency Financial transactions covered by this Contract will be processed in
the SEK currency. Currency exchanges will occur when you or your
partner(s) have set a different default currency in account settings.

Change Notification The Contract can be changed or cancelled with 1 day(s) notification
Period to the media partner.

Reversal Policy Reversal of performance advertising actions are decided by the

Media Partner Advertiser does NOT allow media partner to fire their tracking pixel
Tracking Pixel when the consumer action is completed.
Influencer Term US IDEAL OF SWEDEN is a Swedish fashion and lifestyle brand that specializes in
20% phone & fashion accessories. We believe in everyday luxury products that
facilitate your everyday life with quality, design and function in mind. All of
our products are made in-house and our designs are inspired by nature and
the latest fashion trends.

As a partner to us, you have the opportunity to earn 20% of the order value in
commission.
We have developed a unique range of magnetically compatible products that
we call Accessories of Attraction. Inspired by the special connections we make
in life; this unique product function not only simplifies your everyday life, but
also allows you to use our products to their fullest potential and to create
your own personalized set.

Program Commission Terms

We offer our Influencers a commission of 20% of the order value generated
during the agreed time of their promotion. Our order values are calculated
excluding VAT & shipping.

All transactions will be placed in a temporary pending status for a period of

45 days allowing us to have the opportunity to review any full or partial
returns. After these 45 days the transactions will be paid out in accordance to
Impact Radius´s payout schedule.

If the Discount Code or Tracking Link shared by the Partner has been leaked
to a Coupon or Discount Code website, and revenue has been generated via
these avenues, the leaked revenue will be deducted accordingly from the
Partner´s commission.

Advertising Policies
The Partner is responsible for carrying out the promotion(s) in accordance
with any and all applicable laws and regulations on marketing and brand
partnerships on social media. This section shall survive the termination of this
Agreement in relation to any use of the content created hereunder.

During the Term, the Partner has agreed to work exclusively with IDEAL OF
SWEDEN and is not allowed to carry out any promotions of accessories from
competing brands or companies. 

If no sales or trackable performances have been made through the Partner

within a time period of 3 months, or if the Partner has not generated any
content throughout the term of this contract, IDEAL has the right to terminate
the contract with the Partner.

The Partner also confirms that by accepting this Agreement that they are over
the age of 18 years old.

The Promotion(s)
The Promotion(s) must be made through the Partner´s Social Media Channels,
and since the collaboration is ongoing according to the terms of this
Agreement, the Partner is able to continuously share promotions in order to
earn commission. 
The Partner must show the products in good lighting where one can clearly
see the product(s). IDEAL OF SWEDEN´s product(s) should be the focus of the
Social Media channel´s post, with no other competing brands visible. The post
must also be marked as a paid collaboration.  

The given discount code, #idealofsweden, and @idealofsweden must be

visible and included in text within the promotion(s).

The Partner will receive a voucher from IDEAL OF SWEDEN where they can
purchase products from our website to make the promotion(s). When
accepting this Agreement and using the given voucher the Partner has
acknowledged that a promotion(s) with IDEAL OF SWEDEN´s products must
take place. 

No promotion(s) shall be deleted but instead should organically fall to the

bottom of the channel page unless deletion is requested by IDEAL.

Vouchers/Discount Codes:
Vouchers and Discount Codes will be distributed once the Partner has agreed
to the terms. 

Vouchers and Discount Codes will be sent via email by our Influencer
Marketing Specialists, and the Partner is obligated to read through the
instructions carefully regarding the promotion(s) for any specific given
campaign.

The Partner acknowledges that by using an IDEAL OF SWEDEN voucher that

they have agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement and must post on
their Social Media Channel´s with their product(s).

Vouchers for products will be sent to the Partner on a rolling basis if there is a
new Campaign or Collection drop. Vouchers will only be distributed to the
Partner if there is a history of trackable performance within the latest 3
month time period.

Breach of Agreement
The Partner shall only be paid after the promotion(s) have been posted in
accordance with the conditions outlined in the sent email and the terms of
the contract. If the Partner does not carry out the promotion(s) on the agreed
time and in accordance with this Agreement and the sent email, the Partner
has an obligation to make 1 additional promotion as promptly as possible
upon IDEAL OF SWEDEN´s notification.

The Partner can terminate the contract at any time by reaching out to Impact
Radius, or an Influencer Marketing Specialist from IDEAL OF SWEDEN

What is set out above does not limit IDEAL OF SWEDEN´s right to seek any
other remedies that it may be entitled to.

Confidentiality
The Partner shall keep any and all information set out in this Agreement and
about IDEAL, including but not limited to its business, brand, products, and
any other information that is deemed confidential by its nature and disclosed
to the Partner under this Agreement strictly confidential. This section will
 survive the termination of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

The partner grants to IDEAL the right to use the Partner´s name, signature,
and content produced under this Agreement in all its marketing channels,
including but not limited to in shops, in printed material, on its webpage, in
its owned, paid, and rented channels, and marketplaces, for the marketing
and sale of the products to end-customers. Content created under this
Agreement will remain in the channels after the Agreement but will not
actively be marketed in IDEAL´s paid channels.

Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the
laws of Sweden without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles thereof.
Any dispute arising out of, or in connection with this Agreement shall be
settled by a Swedish court of general jurisdiction, and the Stockholm District
Court (Sw. Stockholms Tingsrätt) shall be the court of first instance.

We reserve the right at anytime to terminate the Publisher agreement and

withdraw/withhold any publishers commissions earned if we find that a
Partner has violated the Terms & Conditions outlined herein.

These terms and conditions supplement the Impact Master Brand Agreement and govern your performance
