But as every institution, PCPGMHS has its own battles.

December 16, 2021 when a devastating typhoon hit the country. Our alma mater suffered the most.
Damages after damages were experienced. Lost of assets and properties devastated the school and its
and every family’s homes. The once calm and peaceful institution has become the battleground of
wreckage and confusion. The years of hardwork and dedication suddenly has turned into
a feeling of loss and emptiness. Our happy alma mater faced an inevitable circumstance along with the
sorrows of the soldiers of this beloved institution.

Typhoon Odette terrorizing the school properties and pride has brought overflowing sadness. This
institution where learners could be happily seen roaming around with joy and excitement has turned
into broken pieces of a puzzle. The institution which happily welcomes all with utmost dignity and pride
hast lost it’s joy and welcoming nature…
Damages after damages…and rebuilding seems so far away…

Everybody suffered the wrath caused by the typhoon. Every family was Overflowed with awe and
sadness but definitely NOT hopeless…
The hope that keeps us going and it is this hope that we learn to dream again. We learn to come back to
the surface and be stronger, bolder, bringing the lessons that we learn.
This hope makes us braver and rise even higher by holding our hands together and making our faith
even deeper… You and I, we will rise again…

We Clasp our hands even tighter, we rise above the storm, we rebuild our lost pride, and learn to have
faith with one another.

To you- our dear parents who are always partners of every ups and downs, you have been in this lifelong
journey and we cannot thank you enough for all the sacrifices you have done.

To the Local Government Unit of Barangay San Agustin, you have been the companions to our struggles
and achievements and have been our patriot ever since the beginning- Thank you very much for the
undying support.

To the Municipal LGU who have always been the aid and solution of our every cry - please accept our
sincerest thanks and praise.

To our Philippine National Police, and armed forces of the Philippines, we always thank you for all your
services whether it be in the limelight or not. Salute to all of you.

To all the teachers in this beloved institution- unending thanks and praise for all the heroic deeds you
have been gracing the department. Your mission is incomparable and worthy of a million praise- Thank
you very much.
Strong leadership is the key to success for every learning institution. Cheers for PCPGMHS for a
dependable and visionary headship…

To the District of Talibon I administrators and staff, thank you for being our guiding star when we need
one.

To you – our dear students… may you be inspired to keep soaring high and reach your dreams…this is for
all of you…

To every thoughtful and generous hearts who have been part of this mission…
To our most-giving donors, may God bless you with a hundredfold.

To all the alumni who are just one call away and are always wishing for the school’s betterment…

To the hands that have been soiled and calloused for a great cause…may God shower you with blessings
