cutthroat environment.

Why is it so?
People in this Structure are confident, ambitious and
results-oriented. They are driven to achieve to the best
of their abilities. Thriving under pressure is what they
do best, they ultimately perform better when there are
obstacles. Besides, the Managers are very controlling as
they believe their way of doing things is the most
outstanding, no one will be able to take charge as
efficient as them.

From the word itself, you must be aware that
these group of people would not like to take
the lead. Therefore, to survive in a world full
of competitive human beings will be
somehow tough for them as they are
sympathetic peacemakers who try to avoid
conflict. Nonetheless, they make great
middle managers. The Tanks are best
described as being ‘the nice guys’ of any
group.
They are pleasant and inoffensive in person.
Messy conflicts and situations are not their
cup of tea. They do extremely well in calm
and stable surroundings. The Supporters are
also great mediators between people in
argument. These group of people are skilled
at following through with a structured game
plan. No doubt they will certainly deliver the
results.
Tanks are not competitive and a good team
player. They dislike being in charge because
the role requires heavy decision-making.
Making decisions agitates them as they
know that they might offend others. Their
primary concern is to care for and guard the
feelings of others.

influence on others and adept at winning

and structured organisation as they need to
move around.

Despite their friendly demeanour, they may

become rather manipulative and cunning.
They might be dual-sided in their character at
times and may use others at his expense.
Although they are great in socialising, they

friends. When it comes to who will come out

succeed in getting what they want using
manipulative ways.

visionaries. It is hard not to love these group
of individuals as they are appealing and
charming. How so? As creators, they come up

There is no question that they are the stars of
