1. INTRODUCTION
This report highlights the work completed for Scaffolding Erection to Assist IP for
i. PL370: 12” X 12.268 KM Oil Line (BAP-B to BKP-A)
The execution was performed to assist ROSEN for online pigging at Baram & Bakau field for PL370. The objective
of this report is to describe the work done that had been carried out throughout the project execution from
beginning until the completion of the project including site findings and lesson learnt during the execution.
Moreover, it is also to authenticate that HCSB had successfully completed the scope of works.

2. OBJECTIVE
The objective of this project is to assist IP launching and receiving in terms of scaffolding table erection for
pipeline PL370. The scaffolding table structure will be erected at PL370 launcher barrel door at BAP-B and
receiver barrel door at BKP-A to assist on online IP activities.

3. PERIOD WORK PERFORMED

The date of equipment mobilization and demobilization are as per Table 3.1 below. Further details can be
referred to Appendix A: Daily Progress Report (DPR).

For manpower mobilization, a total of three (3) pax are plan to mobilize to Bakau field (BKP-A) on 27th May 2023
via FCB Psalm 39. However, due to gear box issue of FCB Psalm 39, manpower and scaffolding set unable to
mobilize to BKP-A on 27th may 2023. Thus, the way forward was to utilized FCB Hisyam 6 to mobilized scaffolding
set only to BKP-A. Scaffolding set was lifted by operation from FCB Hisyam 6 onto BKP-A on 29th May 2023. On
15th June 2023, a total of three (3) pax mobilized to BKP-A (PL370 Receiving Side) via FCB Hisyam 6 for
scaffolding table erection scope of work. Three (3) pax of the manpower were bedding at MV Keyfield Falcon
from 15th June 2023 until 17th June 2023. Whereas for PL370 Launcher Side – BAP-B, four (4) pax mobilized to
BAP-B from 16th June 2023 for the scaffold table erection on daily basis until 17th June 2023 via FCB Centus 10.

For manpower demobilization, on 29th June 2023, a total of three (3) pax mobilized to BKP-A (PL370 Receiving
Side) via FCB Hisyam 6 for scaffolding table dismantle scope of work. Three (3) pax of the manpower were
bedding at BOCPP-A from 29th June 2023 until 2nd July 2023. Whereas for PL370 Launcher Side – BAP-B, four (4)
pax mobilized to BAP-B from 26th June 2023 for the scaffold table dismantle on daily basis until 28th June 2023
via FCB Centus 10.

Backloading scaffolding set for Bakau (BKP-A) was completed on 4th July 2023 via LCT MK1. Whereas,
backloading scaffolding set for Baram (BAP-B) was completed on 4th July 2023 via LCT MK10. (Refer to
Appendix A).

Lifting Activities
Lifting activities for materials placement (scaffolding sets) and toolbox were lifted at BKP-A and BAP-B main deck
by using Jib Crane 1.8MT. The materials were lifted on 29th & 30th May 2023. The scaffolding materials will be
transferred manually to the working locations.

15. CONCLUSION

Haluan Cekap Sdn Bhd is pleased to confirm the completion of Scaffolding Erection to Assist IP for PL370.
Haluan Cekap Sdn. Bhd is honored to be given the privilege to provide and serve PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd
in this activity.

Completion of SKO Pipeline Baram & Bakau field to assist IP inspection was performed within the given
approved schedule to complete the activities.

Throughout the entire duration of the project, Haluan Cekap has never compromise the health and safety of
every personnel involved during the execution. We have undertaken some efforts to exercise HSE which
includes: -

a) Toolbox meeting every morning

b) Record and compile Unsafe Act Unsafe Condition (UAUC) found at site.

The exercise has brought zero LTI and zero incident/accident. In conclusion, this project has been completed
with satisfactory to both PETRONAS CARIGALI SDN.BHD and HALUAN CEKAP SDN.BHD.
