1. The Family & Friends Bundle Promotion is open to all
Independent Healy World Members and Customers
worldwide, except Healy World Members from South
Korea & Thailand.
2. The Family & Friends Bundle Promotion starts on 2nd of
May 2023 11:00 UTC and ends on 19th of May 2023 23:59
UTC. The promotion is organized by the Healy World
entity with which you have your IHWM contract.
3. The promotion consists of:
a. Receive the Soul Cycle program group as a gift
with the purchase of a Healy Resonance Edition.
b. Receive an additional Healy Coil, and the Soul
Cycle program group with the purchase of a
Healy Resonance Plus Edition.
c. Receive an additional Healy Coil, the Soul Cycle
program group and the Natural Cycle module with
the purchase of Healy Professional Edition.
4. Instructions on how to use the promotion: To participate
in this offer, please select the corresponding Healy Edition
or MagHealy Edition in your local Healy Online Shop and
add it to your shopping cart. Your gifts will automatically
be added to in the shopping cart. The purchaser must
check that the discount has been applied in the basket
before completing the order.
5. The allocated member volume will be discounted
according to the price and the Fast Start Cash Bonus will

6. The promoter reserves the right to terminate the
promotion at any time, in whole or in part, without
notice and without giving reasons, or to alter its course
if for technical reasons (e.g., computer virus, tampering
with or bugs in software/hardware) or legal reasons it
is not possible to guarantee that the promotion will run
properly and according to plan. Any liability for damages
arising from or in connection with the promotion,
irrespective of the legal grounds, shall be limited to intent
and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. A
cash payment in lieu of the discount or the free devices
& program groups is excluded. The promotion does not
include shipping fees. Any shipping costs incurred shall be
borne by the Buyer and shall be governed by the shipping
regulations of the respective entity.
7. These promotion conditions are subject to the applicable
law of the participant‘s IHWM contract.
