Terms & Conditions

1. The “Flash Sale” promotion is open to all Independent Healy World Members in EMEA.
2. The “Flash Sale” promotion starts on the 24th of February 2023 00:01 UTC and ends on the 28th of February 2023
23:59 UTC. The promotion is organized by the Healy World entity with which you have your IHWM contract.
3. The promotion consists of:
• Personally enroll at least two (2) new Members and/or Customers who purchase a Healy Resonance Plus Edition
or higher (MagHealy is also included) between 24th of February till 28th of February 2023 and receive a free Healy
Professional Edition. (Unlimited cycles possible).
4. The organizer reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time, in whole or in part, without notice and without
giving reasons, or to change its course if it is not possible for technical reasons (e.g., computer virus, manipulation of or
errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons to guarantee that the promotion will be carried out properly and on schedule.
Liability for damages arising from or in connection with the promotion, irrespective of the legal grounds, shall be limited
to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. A cash payment in lieu of the free Resonance Plus Edition is
excluded. Any shipping costs incurred shall be borne by the Buyer and shall be governed by the shipping regulations of the
respective entity.
5. The volume will be discounted according to the price and the Fast Start Cash Bonus will be calculated as per the table below:

6. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time, in whole or in part, without notice and without
giving reasons, or to alter its course if for technical reasons (e.g., computer virus, tampering with or bugs in software/
hardware) or legal reasons it is not possible to guarantee that the Promotion will run properly and according to plan. Any
liability for damages arising from or in connection with the promotion, irrespective of the legal grounds, shall be limited to
intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. A cash payment in lieu of the discount granted is excluded. The
promotion does not include shipping fees. Any shipping costs incurred shall be borne by the Buyer and shall be governed by
the shipping regulations of the respective entity.
7. These promotion conditions are subject to the applicable law of the participant‘s IHWM contract.
8. Privacy policy: By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees that the data provided by the Participant as part of
this Promotion may be used by the Company for the purpose of administering the Promotion. Please refer to the Privacy
