THE IMPORTANCEN OF SPORT IN THE TIME OF THE COVID 19


PANDEMIC

THESIS :
The Covid-19 pandemic is a moment that has shocked people around the world in recent years.
Although now it has started to subside, efforts are still needed to be exposed to the Covid-19
virus, one of which is regular exercise.
ARGUMENTS :
Regular exercise can improve immunity or the immune system. So, when a virus enters, a good
immune system will kill it immediately. Regular exercise can also restore body shape and
function to return to normal. This is what makes the body recover quickly when suddenly
infected with the virus. Another benefit of exercise is that it can improve blood circulation, thus
helping in the healing process when exposed to disease.
REITERATION :
Exercising regularly will indeed help accelerate the healing of diseases caused by the Covid-19
virus, and can even prevent them. However, you must still adjust to the size of the sport that is
right for the body, not even worsening health conditions.
