1.

Should parents give advice to help their kids decide what friends they
make?
It depends on different age groups. Children under 10 years old really need
their parent guidance as they are too naive and ignorant to perceive and
distinguish between positive and negative things. However, as they get
older, have their own social media accounts, know more about different
aspects of their lives, they should be able to make their own decisions,
sometimes making friends with bad people will make them worse, but it can
also be lessons to make them more mature.
2. Do you think children should have a lot of toys?
Yes, I think so. Some toys that can be bought are educational and are very
important for early learning. Educational toys provide a great way for
children to develop skills such as spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination.
Furthermore, toys can give children a safe way to explore the world and
learn about colours, shapes and textures.
3. Why are there some people who never get lost?
I think there are two main reasons. The first is that they are always careful in
planning their itinerary, they will carefully check the important information
of places and trips. The second is that they have experience in traveling, they
know how to prepare the necessary things for a trip such as compasses,
maps, they can distinguish directions, have map reading skills. Therefore,
they will minimize the risk of getting lost as much as possible.
4. Do you think that children should be taught to read paper maps at
school?
Children today always need to experience more about the world around
them. They need to be equipped with more life skills, map reading skills are
also one of the essential skills for them to determine their location, plan
routes, and follow map instructions accurately to avoid getting lost.
5. Why do some people have a good sense of direction?
These individuals may have a natural ability to process and retain
information about their surroundings, allowing them to navigate through
different environments with ease. They have a knack for understanding
symbols, scales, and directions, allowing them to navigate through different
environments with the help of maps. They can easily determine their
location, plan routes, and follow map instructions accurately; making it
easier for them to navigate through different environments.
6. Are paper maps still necessary?
Paper maps are still very important today. in some cases, people don't have
internet or any electronic devices to show them the way. Paper maps do not
require a battery or internet connection, so they can be used in remote areas
where technology may not be reliable. Additionally, paper maps can provide
a big picture view of a region and are often more detailed than digital maps.
For example, when planning a road trip or hike, a paper map can give a
better sense of the overall geography and terrain than a digital map.
7. Why do you think some people have better memory than others?
It may sound funny but I think some people are born absent-minded while
others have excellent memories. This is because memory skills are
somewhat of a talent or related to each person’s genes. However, I believe
people can remember things more easily and longer if they boost their
memory each day by studying and practicing some brain exercises.
