If you’re asking yourself the question above, just know that you aren’t broken. You’re not a lost
cause; you're not whatever you feel like you are right now. You’re divine and this rut you’re in
is simply here to show you how you will show up powerfully in the world one day soon. There
are tools, lessons, and gifts to gain. Your rut, individual and authentic to you, is here to teach
you a life lesson or to prepare you to face one in the future. This distance is what it will take to
get your magnetism flowing.

I want to preface by saying that if you feel like you’re in a deep depression, that is something
very different from an energetic rut. If that’s you, I want you to seek outside help whether that’s
working with a therapist, a support group, working through Unblocked Shadow, the Daily
Reprogramming Exercise, or talking to any professional you need.

When you’re in a rut, it means you’ve gotten very far away from your authentic self. It means
your authentic worth has diminished, you’re not honoring your worth, or it was taken from you
at a younger age by something you went through. You haven’t been acting on the pings guiding
you back to your authentic path.

The Universe would never give you a rut if the rut wouldn’t play a key role in your future
success. Every rut has a gift to teach you that will one day contribute to your purpose.

being gifted experience and tools.

P URP OSE ?

Now that you’ve discovered a bit of your authentic purpose, we’re going to work on finding
your Authentic Code, which will guide you to your purpose and help you get out of your rut.

Demystify• Positive thoughts and behaviors do not determine reward in your life. Living in your
authentic purpose with worth and deservingness does.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with my rhetoric, I discovered at a young age that the "think
positive" model doesn’t work in manifestation, so I threw that all away and started watching
what worked and when. I believe the Universe’s only intention is to reconnect you back with
your totally authentic self, what you were born with before the world brought shame, pain,
labels, and boxes. You were fully pure and conscious in your total authentic essence.

The way you can get out of your rut more quickly is to determine what the 4 elements of your
Authentic Code are and to follow those in your daily life. When you’re finding your Authentic
Code with the exercise below, you need to be fully honest with your answers. Don’t try to
answer the 4 that you think you should be or what would make you a better person. In fact,
trying to be someone else is what contributes to pulling you into a rut as you move further away
from your authentic self.
After you determine the four elements of your Authentic Code, you’ll figure out which lessons
you’re facing will contribute to those elements coming to fruition.

It’s important to remember:

i. The very first key to getting out of your rut is to find your Authentic Code.

ii. Your greatest challenges & situations are what determine your Authentic Code.

iii. Deeply understanding your greatest challenges will help you to find and develop your
purpose.

ANSWER in your journal

Let’s find your Authentic Code. Remember, this isn’t about answering with what you should
answer in order to be a good, cool, respected, or a loved human. This is about getting ruthlessly
honest with yourself and cutting out your inauthentic fluff. List four answers for each question,
starting with the most relevant to least. Don’t get caught in your thoughts and don’t get precious
with the answers. You will begin to see overlaps and similarities. The four most frequently used
elements are clear indicators of your Authentic Code.

List four answers for each question with the most relevant to least. Read the full question
before responding.

i. What do you spend most of your time and energy on? In your natural habitat when nobody is
watching and in your day-to-day life? List the top 4.
ii. What do you spend most of your money on? What are you budgeting for? When you think of
wanting money, what do you honestly and authentically want to get with it? List the top 4.

iii. What is most organized in your life? From your calendar, to your environment, to your bank,
to your social life, list the top 4.

iv. How are you most reliable in your life? To what? To whom? When? List the top 4.

v. What do you spend most of your time thinking about? What fills most of your thoughts? What
do your racing thoughts go back to most? List the top 4.

vi. What do you visualize most when you’re dreaming about the future? What subjects?
Objects? Things? People? Experiences? List the top 4.

vii. In social settings, what do you find yourself talking about most? Or wishing you could say if
you were talking about the subjects that interest you the most? What topics do you find yourself
lighting up about when they come up? List the top 4.

viii. If life were a magazine, what inspires you the most? What would you find yourself clipping
out the most? What subjects, people, things, experiences, tips, tools? List the top 4.
ix. When you think of your long-term goals, what are they? What are you wishing for or
manifesting in order to have the life that makes you happiest? List the top 4.

x. When it comes to time online, what do you love to learn about most? What do you find
yourself researching most? What non-fiction books, YouTube videos, blogs? List the top 4.

Now look at the four elements you listed the most. What is the core essence beneath them?
For example, mine are: luxury (which means security, comfort and freedom), being seen (which
means expression through filming, speaking, recording), legacy (leaving meaningful and
transformative work behind in the world), and self-care/spiritual practice (which means
connection with the source and my own body).

What are yours? Feel free to journal it all out right now until they become crystal clear.

Day 2 Cont: Authentic Code Examples

Spirituality + Wellness: Taking care of my physical, mental, and spiritual body

Travel: Exploring and learning about this planet, people, and cultures

Humor: Laughing, having fun, not taking anything too seriously, inner child

Creativity: Expressing myself creatively and being inspired by other creative outlets and
expressions

Freedom: Individuality, acceptance, limitless


Connection: Communication, stimulation, feeling seen

Beauty: Feeling inspired, creating, appreciating aesthetics and luxury

Expansion: Growing, learning, experiencing and being challenged

Connection: To myself, to my spirituality, to other people, to nature, to everything I allow into


my life

Luxury: Freedom, comfort, security, resources, aesthetics

Self-care: This can mean a variety of different things - emotional & physical, but taking care of
myself no matter what, allowing time for it, having the resources for it

Creating: Could be as simple as decorating my house, cooking, or bigger creative projects

Space: A place just for me, space to meditate, unblock, feel centered, space to grow

Movement: Move my body every day in some way, forward movement in growth, in my job, in
life 

Connection: To myself, to the people in my life, to my job 

Security: Financial, home, safety 

Aesthetics: Connecting to the creativity of a person, place, or thing

Flexibility: With my resources - time, money, beliefs, etc


Exploration: Feeling most alive when i am free to explore physically, spiritually, mentally

Creativity: Creating from my heart through work, legacy, food, resourcefulness, etc.

DAY 3 • THE SILVER LINING


WHAT HAS THE SILVER-LINING OF THIS
RUT BEEN?
Now that you’ve identified your Authentic Code, it’s important to find the silver lining of your
rut. We need to dig deeper to find the gifts/lessons of this experience that will contribute to the
success of your life in all areas, whether that's in your career, your romantic relationships,
friendships, self-worth, or your service to the world.

It’s important to take your rut back to childhood to see when it actually began. Was it learned?
Was it inherited? Was it a result of pain and shame? Have you been in this rut before? Who
modeled it to you? The Universe is going to keep you in the rut as long as it takes you to learn
the lesson. I strongly suggest Unblocked Inner Child to get to the root of your childhood.

The below exercise will help to find the silver lining, so we can determine what you need to
learn from your rut.

Nothing is ever bad. It is simply a gift that is guiding you deeper into your Authentic Code and
purpose while giving you tools and life experiences to make you extraordinary in your purpose.

JOURNAL

i. List the worst things about your life right now from smallest to largest.
ii. Now, for each of the "worst things," list 10 things that are actually a lesson, tool, or a gift.

iii. List 20 benefits, lessons, tools, or gifts that you’ve received from the particular rut you’re
taking through this workshop. These general benefits are directly related to strengthening or
mastering your Authentic Code and purpose.

iv. When was the first time you experienced this rut or these feelings of pain, standstill, or slow
momentum? Did you inherit them? Did any of your caretakers experience these and model them
to you when you were growing up?

v. If so, how can you break the cycle for good? Unblocked Inner Child can be very helpful for
this.

DAY 4 • ELIMINATING

WHAT IS KEEPING YOU IN YOUR RUT AND


TAKING YOU AWAY FROM YOUR
AUTHENTIC CODE AND PURPOSE?

You need to start getting rid of anything in your life that is not aligning with or propelling you
toward the 4 elements of your Authentic Code.

You create magnetism by eliminating bad habits and anything that’s not serving your Authentic
Code and purpose. When you start getting rid of the habits and excess that have been making
you settle, that’s the first moment of flow you’ll find by creating magnetism. By doing so, you
are communicating to the Universe that you are ready to step into your worth and to align with
your authentic, whole, worthy self. You create space to allow things to flow through to you
because you’re only focusing on the four elements of your code.

Are there things you can delegate that don’t feel in alignment with your Authentic Code? Are
there areas of your life that could use a cleanse because they aren’t in your Authentic Code?

The work you do, the social media you expose yourself to, the busy work – those all need to be
delegated out whether that’s paying someone to do it, trading with someone, downloading an
affordable app, asking your partner to step in, etc.

Physical items also need to be slimmed down to clear space. If certain clothing, your furniture,
anything you have doesn’t align, it needs to go.

Anytime you create that space, it’s simple energetics that something has to fill it.

A good way to know whether or not something is within your Authentic Code is to ask yourself
the questions, “Do I love this? Does this make me feel good? Do I feel good in it? Do I wear it
often?”

For a lot of people in ruts, filling time with escape and numbing techniques are common coping
mechanisms, whether that’s going out and partying too much, using recreational drugs, watching
too much TV, overeating, or whatever it may be. You need to start making changes to shift onto
your authentic path, putting that energy elsewhere. Shedding those bad habits is necessary for
getting out of the rut you’re in.

For some of you, I know there are things in your life that aren’t in alignment that you can’t
change right this second (but maybe further down the line you can), like your job, the house you
live in, or your relationship. That’s OK, for these things are helping you with lessons that will
play into your authenticity, as you’ll discover in the exercise below.
JOURNAL

i. In what areas of your life are you living for other people instead of for yourself and your code?
Or in what areas are you living to be accepted and admired? Or because it’s all you’ve ever
known? All of these must go.

ii. What are you letting seep into your subconscious through news media, social media, or by
peers that aren’t truly in alignment with your beliefs and authenticity?

iii. What are you unable to let go of right now due to survival needs? List those things out and
list at least 10 reasons why this particular job, home, etc. is giving you the tools, lessons, and
gifts to help you excel in your authentic purpose.

iv. List your exit strategy for how you will let them go in the future when you are able.

v. Get to the root of why you are engaging in bad habits that don’t align. Is it to escape? To be
seen? To get love, attention, validation, etc.? Then list 4 positive habits in alignment with your
Authentic Code that will give you the same benefits and help you into your purpose more
quickly.

vi. What’s your strategy for how you will begin to replace the old habits with the new habits
each day? How can you set yourself up for success with this daily?

DAY 5 • TESTS
WHY DO BAD THINGS KEEP HAPPENING?
I know we’ve all asked this question at one point or another, like when the waves don’t stop
crashing over us and we’re feeling punished – over and over and over. What’s happening here is
that the Universe is actually testing you to see if you will revert back to old bad habits and low
self-worth behavior or if you’re finally going to take the steps needed to reconnect with your
authentic whole and worthy self.

Now that you’re moving onto your authentic path, you’re creating momentum and the tests will
start to come. The tests that come through in a rut are both very big and very exciting.

The longer you’re in the rut, the lower your self-worth, so the more you will be tested and the
bigger the tests will be. These tests can come up anywhere in the form of opportunities, set-
backs, negative self-talk, or slipping back into old habits. The more you do the work and take
the actions to continue eliminating your bad habits and grow your self-worth, the smaller the
tests will become, and you will move into your flow more quickly.

The more you step into your worth and speed up in this process, especially if you tag-team it
with Unblocked Inner Child and Unblocked Shadow, the tests will become smaller and less
frequent. The exercise at the bottom of this page will also help you to move to that place with
less tests and more flow.

Here are a couple examples of tests:

i. You’re invited to engage in your bad habits again.

ii. Suitors, opportunities, or community that aren’t up to par with what you are manifesting and
with your authentic worth appear in your life. You’re being tested to see if you’ll settle beneath
your worth.

I want you to start writing out every test you face and note what the opportunity is. Does this
particular energy or pattern put you in your worth or out of it? Does it make you have low self-
worth or high self-worth? Always choose the path that leads to high self-worth. It’s a very quick
and easy way to pass your tests.
DEMYSTIFY • Bad karma isn’t hitting you. You aren’t being punished. You are actually being
tested because magnetism wants to flow through and manifestations are orbiting around you.

JOURNAL

Until you find clarity

i. How are tests showing up in your life?

ii. Are you being lured into escaping through vices?

iii. Are you finding old low self-worth opportunities presenting themselves, so you feel loved,
safe, secure?

iv. Have new opportunities presented themselves that feel too good to be true?

v. Or have new opportunities presented themselves that “feel” like old patterns that failed you in
the past?

vi. Is old negative self talk trying to hold you back from aligning with your Authentic Code and
path?

EXERCISE
Here’s a great cheatsheet that will help you feel out what may be a test or not. When you feel a
test presenting itself and you’re unclear whether or not it’s a test, simply ask yourself this
question: “If I say yes to this, do I feel high self-worth or low self-worth?” You’ll quickly get
your answer. It’s simple: if you answer in the form of low self-worth, it’s time to say "no," turn
down the test, and do the work to get into high self-worth. Here are a few clear examples that
show how easy it is:

Fear (low self-worth) & walking through fear (high self-worth).

Settling (low self-worth) & jumping off of a cliff (high self-worth).

Victim (low self-worth) & seeking empowerment through healing and elevating (high self-
worth).

Lashing out or blaming others (low self-worth) & taking accountability and shifting (high self-
worth).

Staying small (low self-worth) & putting yourself out there (high self-worth).

Afraid to say no or let something go out of fear that a better opportunity won't come (low self-
worth) & clearing or letting go, knowing better opportunities will come (high self-worth).

For any clarity you’ve received through tests, write five actions steps you can take to pass
them and align with your worth and your Authentic Code.

DAY 6 • FINDING & REBUILDING WORTH

HOW DO I KEEP GOING IN THE RIGHT
DIRECTION?
Now that the tests are going to be presenting themselves because you’ve found your Authentic
Code and you’ve eliminated bad habits and excess, it’s time to time to continually rebuild your
worth every single day until you are in the Next Level category of this workshop.

The two things that will help you to move your self-worth in the right direction are:

i. Lean into the challenges that inspire you and align with your code, especially the ones that
scare you. This will make you remember your self-worth and feel powerful in your self-worth.

ii. Rediscover your worth in your body by taking great care of your mind, body, and spirit,
partaking only in things that support your self-worth and your growth. This can mean your
physical appearance (clothing, hair, etc.), your spiritual practices, your authentic projection, and
your physical activity. Physical activity allows you to feel powerful in your body – whether it’s
moving your body in yoga or at the gym. Whatever it is for you, that’s what you need to do.

DEMYSTIFY • You are worth it; you’re simply rediscovering the worth that got lost when you
strayed from your Authentic Code and purpose.

JOURNAL

i. Now that you are clear about your Authentic Code, what are the next seven baby steps you can
take to further your purpose and your whole, worthy authentic self in all aspects of your life?
List them.
ii. How are you going to carry them out? Write four action steps for each, with deadlines, and
what you’ll need to accomplish them.

iii. What fears come up and prevent you from moving forward? What are your biggest fears at
this moment in time?

iv. List each and then list 10 reasons, smallest to largest, why you are qualified to push through
these fears. Each one you push through will bring more magnetism.

DAY 7 • EXPANDERS
HOW DO I TRULY SEE AND UNDERSTAND
THAT I’M WORTH IT?
If you’ve done some of the other workshops, specifically the How to Manifest workshop, you’re
already familiar with the term ‘Expanders.’ If you aren’t, I’ll reiterate it for you. Many years
ago, when I would use the old "think positive" model, I realized that I could visualize my goals
until I was blue in the face and nothing would happen. I did realize, through simple psychology
and neuroscience, that when we recognize someone who already has, inhabits, or is successful in
what we desire, especially when they’re on a similar journey, we create space in our
subconscious for our manifestations to come through. We literally see to believe that it’s
possible for us.

When you’re in a rut, it’s important to find Expanders who are successful in at least one of the
four elements of your Authentic Code, so you can see to believe that it’s possible for you to
achieve the same success. Find people who have similar stories and who have had similar ruts.

In your journal, you can write a list of your Expanders specific to the 4 components of your
Authentic Code. You’ll want to find the people who most clearly resemble everything about
you, including your ruts, your habits, your economic status, etc.
Take inventory and surround yourself with 8 people who already have what you want and reflect
your Authentic Code. These people must be ahead of you in your success to show you what’s
possible.

If you’re someone who is engaging in bad habits and escape tactics, you need to stop
surrounding yourself with anyone who mirrors back your current rut, bad habits, or negative
programming. Find those who have learned to replace the bad habits with more positive habits.

Use the DI and journal prompts below to identify your Expanders. If you don’t have many
expanders at first, that’s okay. You simply need to go out and find them on social media and in
real life.

Identify all the traits that you admire in your Expanders and then find where you have those
traits within yourself in your own unique form – to the exact same degree.
DAY 8 • REINFORCING/TOOL
WHAT TOOLS DO I USE TO STAY ON
TRACK?
If you’ve done my other workshops, you know that reinforcement creates new neural pathways
and repetition is where the real change begins to occur. The quickest way to reshaping your
brain is to train it and mold it like plastic. The daily reinforcement exercise will allow you to
create lasting change and move out of your Rut and on to the Next Level.

How to use the daily rebuilding worth tool:

i. For 60 days straight, use the Reinforcing Tool 3.0 when you wake up and before you go to
bed.

ii. Use the quick subconscious tool (explained below under EXERCISE) as you’re drifting off to
sleep in order to deepen the reinforcement. It's wonderful before and after naps as well.

iii. Practice self-care daily. This is key to giving yourself the patience, kindness, and focus that
you need.

iv. Do one thing to reward yourself every single day. This can be something small or large that
aligns with your Authentic Code.

EXERCISE

Just as you're drifting off to sleep, right between conscious and unconscious, bring to mind
everything you are manifesting. Notice any limiting beliefs that may be coming up as to why
you aren’t worthy, deserving, or good enough. See all of those beliefs leaving your body into a
balloon and filling the balloon up. Once you’ve placed all of them in there, set the balloon on the
ground and pop it, watching everything flow into the ground and reinforce the following: “This
is no longer my story, my story just changed.”

CLOSING
HOW TO CONTINUE THIS PRACTICE
UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY OUT OF
THE RUT
First, congratulate yourself for making it here! Even for watching this all the way through for
the first time. Once you go back through for a second time, be sure to spend extra time
congratulating yourself every single day.

Once you do the full workshop all the way through, be sure to revisit any days that you need to
and continue to do the reinforcement from Day 8.

Here’s what we learned:

i. You were in a rut because you were far away from your authentic, worthy self.
ii. Your rut had a reason and a gift to give you, lessons and tools that will contribute to your
purpose.

iii. Detoxify and delegate anything that doesn’t align with your Authentic Code.

iv. Continually rebuild your worth and expand.

v. Pass your tests.

vi. Reinforce your magnetic, worthy self.

If you’ve successfully pulled yourself out of your rut, I am so thrilled for you and all of your
hard work! You are ready to move on to the Next Level workshop. Revisit this workshop
anytime that you need.

For those who have been in a rut for a long time, it may take you a few cycles of truly working
through all of these steps before you have made lasting change and are completely out of it.
Don’t beat yourself up if you fall back into a bad habit; just turn these videos on and get right
back on track.

Integrated Roadmaps and then moving on to the Next Level phase of this workshop.

When things get hard, remember there is ALWAYS a gift within your ruts, no matter how
messy, hard, or long yours may be.
