3. How do you cope with bad wellbeing? I pray, journal about what I’m grateful for and express my
feelings to people I feel comfortable around to help me deal with these emotions.
4. Are you in university? If so what are you doing? I am in university studying a master of counter
terrorism and a master of intelligence.
5. Do you work? If so what do you do? I currently work at a cafe and have a job opportunity lined up
to investigate fraud.
6. Do you feel comfortable reaching out for help? Sometimes I do, but most of the times I prefer to
keep to myself.
7. What does spirituality mean to you? When I think of spirituality I think of my faith and my
connection to God and growing closer to Him.
8. What are you grateful for? I’m grateful for my faith, my family and friends, a loving boyfriend and a
home.
11. Do you practice self care? If so what do you? I practice self care whenever I can. This is done by
completing a nice skincare routine, reading a book with a cup of coffee or tea, watching a movie or tv
show I enjoy.
12. How do you improve your well-being? I improve my wellbeing by trying not to focus on the
negatives but on the positives, journaling and trying to live moment by moment (focusing on the
present time so I don’t get overwhelmed by the bigger picture)
