EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Our start-up capital is ₱750,000. It will be used for the overall expenses of
our business which includes our suppliers, the rent, office materials, etc. Blue
Space, Inc. was founded on April 16, 2023. Our product is durable and free of
damage and malfunction. We improved our product by adding customized
lighting which is composed of either blue, red, white, or random colors which suit
their preference and satisfy our customers’ needs. Our product testing is
successful and it is compatible with all brands and devices. We use
advertisements, Facebook pages, and tarpaulins in marketing and advertising our
products.

is expected to be worth $34.65 billion by 2030, reflecting a CAGR of 22.73%
from 2021 to 2030. One of the primary reasons fueling the overall market growth
over the forecast period of 2020-2030 is the increasing adoption of wireless
technology in consumer electronics. In January 2021, the global population of
active digital technology users was 4.66 billion, accounting for over 59.5% of the

In choosing a place to sell our product, we will be looking for a place that
can be easily seen like the streets. We will be selling our product in a stall which
displays the product and its features to catch the attention of the customers. We
will indicate how our product is worth buying and what benefits they will derive
from purchasing our product. The packaging of our product is in a box-type
structure where you will see the picture of the wireless charger at the front
together with the brand name, the date of production, and the company name at
the top. At the back, you will discern the materials used in the production of the
product, the precautions, and the benefits of this product. The fast charging
wireless symbol is that it is a durable product and can charge your phone as fast as
thirty minutes only. Our target market is the youth because they tend to spend
most of their time on their phones and gadgets and playing role-playing games
like Mobile Legends, Genshin Impact, Call of Duty, and more. That is why it
gives us the advantage to market it to them and make our product affordable for
as low as ₱ 1.200.
OPERATIONS PLAN

The factory will be located in San Jose Sico, Batangas City, and the
product will be validated, tested, and packed there before distribution.

The blue space company has already produced a batch of wireless chargers that
will be distributed at various points of sale. Due to the overwhelming demand for
wireless chargers, it reorders a new batch from its sister firm.
In this situation, the raw materials bought in advance serve as the company's
inventory. And the previously supplied final items serve as inventory for retail
shops that will offer chargers in the future.
Pre-ordering wireless chargers allows the company to create and sell chargers on
a regular basis, ensuring that the lead time does not keep consumers waiting or
push them to switch to a competitor's charger.
