The environment refers to both the tangible and intangible factors you have to consider in making a
business plan. Market refers to your target or potential customers.
Business plan is the blue print of your business. It includes detailed description of the following:
a. Your business,
b. Your product,
c. The organizational of your business,
d. Your marketing plan, and
e. Your expected income and expenses,
SWOT Analysis involves identifying the strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats of your business plan.
This will tell you if the plan is profitable and variable.

 My target market's preferences, needs, and interests play a vital role in shaping my product or service, including
its design, functionality, and features. To create a successful product that meets the expectations of my target
market, it's essential to understand and cater to their needs. Neglecting them could result in an unsuccessful
product, which is why it's crucial to conduct market research and analysis beforehand to identify their needs
and preferences.

2. Site an instance when a product can determine a specific target market.


 A luxury sports car is a perfect product for a specific target market. These cars are costly and built for high-
performance driving. Therefore, they aim at a particular group of individuals, generally affluent, who love to
drive fast, luxurious, and unique cars. The product's design, characteristics, and cost are all customized to the
preferences and demands of this specific target market to fulfill their wishes and interests.
