In today’s list, we have all the beauty care businesses ideas that you can start at your
home. Being aspiring entrepreneurs, you know that these beauty care business ideas (Nail salon,
hair salon, make-up center, health and cosmetics) are profitable.

We all need to enhance, everybody wants to look smart and beautiful. It is also true that
there are different ways through which one can maintain beauty. Some of these steps include,
having a regular bath with the right beauty products like soaps, colognes and what have you.
These beauty products business ideas will help you to start your venture.

Best beauty care small business ideas like Manicure, Pedicure, Barber Shop, Massage
Parlor, Hair Salon, Make-Up Center and Skin Clinic.

If you think that you have a desire for the beauty trade and you are looking to start one or
more beauty related businesses, but you don’t know how to go about it, then you may want to
consider any of the above business ideas.

It is necessary to take note that there are several factors to consider to the beauty care
business. Entering the business, it is wise to have a well thought on how to plan and raise to start
up funds. You may have savings that could start the business.

Strength focusing on the product that you are introducing or selling to the customers
about the features, benefits of products and services. Customer experience: the store is an
incredible marketing tool, providing the customers that the services are offered and experience

uses of the different nail care tools and equipment we can use depending on our needs. We

Tools and equipment should not be used unless effectively sanitized and sterilized to prevent
possible diseases and all materials are neatly organized. Beauticians should maintain a high
standard of personal hygiene.

Make sure that the client’s safety and comfort is ensured by using tools and equipment which are
in good condition and provided with personal protective equipment. Tools and equipment are
checked thoroughly to identify those which function efficiently and those which are not
functional are stored safely in accordance with salon requirements and local health regulations.
Non-functional or faulty tools and equipment are segregated and labeled properly either for
repair and replacement.

Tools and equipment must be properly maintained. Rules and regulations require inspections of
tools, materials and equipment before use. Preventive maintenance is the systematic care and
protection of tools and equipment in order to keep them in safe and usable condition.

We must always be aware that maintenance tasks are potentially hazardous and can result injury.
Successful maintenance are the following:

Personal Protective Equipment is designed to be worn by a nail technician or salon workers to


protect them from risks of illness and injury. It should only be considered as a control measure
when exposure to a risks cannot be minimized in another way when used in other control of
measures as a final barrier between the salon worker from the chemical hazard and other cause of
hazards. These clothing equipment does not control hazard at the source equipment which will
protect you from risks to health and safety.

Personal Protective Equipment is special equipment you wear to create a barrier between you
and germs. This barrier reduces the chance of touching, being exposed to and spreading of
germs.

Learning to use the tools and equipment properly assures that you will give your client a nail
care service safely. Wearing PPE in a workplace is to reduce exposure to hazards and risks. The
purpose in using Personal Protective Equipment designed to protect the workers from illness and
injury resulting from contact with chemicals, electrical, biological, fire and health hazard.

Making the workplace safe includes providing instructions, procedure, training and supervision
to encourage the workers safely and responsibly. PPE must be properly looked after and stored
when not in use and must be kept in good condition.

Advantages of wearing PPE at work:
