7 “allowances” of Members of parliament and not some other groups.
8 As such, even if a group of people, bvy whatever name, recommends to the Parliament to
9 increase the “allowance” it is not applicable until the Parliament itself then approves it.
10 While Ministers can be paid and not subject to the provisions of “48 Allowance to members”
11 In the past I did write about how the Courts in the USA held that the payment being dictated by
12 some by the parliament appointed entity was not constitutionally valid unless the Parliament
13 itself had voted to accept the recommendations. Meaning, that in Australia any entity appointed
14 by the Federal Parlimanet likewise can only “recommend” but then the Parliament itself has to
15 vote on accepting or rejection or amending what was recommended. As such, whiole Anthony
16 Albanese as I understood it was claiming that the Parliament had nothing to do with it, then the
17 pay increases (actually they are “allowance increases” cannot be applied, neither any previous
18 increases which were not approve by nthe Parliament itself.

20 As I also wrote the Framers of the Constitution made clear that the Minister cannot cclaim both a
21 salary and an “allowance” and as such it is utter and sheer nonsense for any Minister to claim
22 “allowances” while paid a salary. The “allowance” is paid to compensate a serving Member of
23 Parliament, not being a “Minister” for the loss of income while attending to parliamentary duties.

25 The constitution doesn’t actually stipulate a system as to the payments of any Minister, but
26 where the Federal Parliament has tied it up in the increases of a Member of Parlimanet (not being
27 a Minister) then this invalidity of the “allowance” cannot be applied to the Ministers either.

11 political elections and where only those who have the status of being a “Subject of the British
12 Crown” can exercise their citizenship franchise rights it means that this entire purported Section

14 Crown” status in Australia to vote then there are no electors. So no valid referendum either!

31 this part of SUBMISSION –Supplement 5 is in regard of the ‘digital misinformation’
32 bill’ for the Commonwealth to possibly grant the Australian Communications and Media
33 Authority (ACMA) greater powers to stamp out harmful content online. When really violating
34 legal principles embedded in the constitution to suit whatever government is in power!

36 It should ber understood that we are all dealing with the legal principles embedded in the
37 Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK) and this means that because of the
38 sparation of powers any law, including purported law, that the government seeks to enforce it
39 must obtain the courts approval where a citizen object to the application of a disputed law, etc.
40 there is no such thing as a government enforcing any (purported) law merely because it desires to
41 do so where a citizen, such as myself, object to the validity and/or enforcement of such law.
42 It should alsso be understood that any foreign corporation that operates within the
43 Commonwealth of Australia is bound by Australia law. This means that for example Facebook
44 or other Big Tech companies cannot deny and/or interfere wqith the POLITICAL LIBERTY of
45 an Australian. Such corporation can either operate within the legal provisions of the constitution
46 and validly enacted legislation or simply pack its bag and stop operating within the
47 Commonwealth of Australia. It also means that public servants and/or anyone else conducting
48 matters for and on behalf of the government must likewise operate within the legal provisions
49 embedded in the constitution and cannot engage others to do something it cannot be permitted to
50 do without a court order.

9 but a bioweapon DEPOPULATION jab resulting in undue harm to victims, including many

11 Australians purportedly elect Members to the Parliament as elected representatives but somehow
12 we find those many who are Members of Parliament are rather pursuing to act as puppets-on-a-
13 string to suit the WHO, U.N., W.E.F., and other globalist goals instead of acted in a proper
14 manner to represent Australians.
15 Those who are employed as Ministers and/or as public servants (including those who are sources
16 from outside businesses) must at all time remain without political bias to act for and on behalf of
17 all Australians.
18 The Governor-General cannot be or be seen to be with political bias and so neither any Minister
19 and/or member of his and their staff! A Member of Parliament is entitled to express his/her
20 political views but the moment this Member of Parliament accepts a commission from the
21 Governor-General then this Member of Parliament must restain himself/herself to limit any
22 political expressions within the Parliament itself but outside of the Parliament must be and be
23 seen by a FAIR MINDED PERSON to be without political bias.

25 To my understanding there has never been aqnyone proving that the alleged SARS-CoV-2 virus
26 existed, albeit I understand that Peter Doherty Institute in Melbourne may have claimed to have
27 done so but later, as I wrote previously, acknowledged not to have done so. And this is why
28 ACMA should be very careful to interfere with any Australians constitutional rights as it simply
29 is not entitled to apply its own social standards based upon misconceptions, misinfoirmation,
30 disinformation, etc, but must if it desires to do so, present to a court of competent jurisdiction all
31 relevant details, both for and against and leave it up to a competent court of jurisdiction to
32 determine matters.

35 pornography, then ACMA is entitled to pursue the offender to stop immediately, failing that to

43 However, it is blatantly absurd for ACMA to interfere with the right of an Australian to post
44 his/her opposing views to what a Government and/or any Department may claim pursuing a
45 polical bias goal, such as serving external (enemy) powers to circumvent Australians
46 constitutional rights and by this seeking to overthrow our constitutional rights. It is the
47 Government and its operators that need to be held accountable by citizens in a peaceful manner
48 by their posting on the internet what they dispute, rather than to have some armed
49 enforcement/militia to be deployed to get any government misusing/abusing its powers to be
50 stopped.

1 When despite allegedly more than 6 million people having died allegedly from the claimed
2 covid-19 virus and yet it never has been proven by the Koch postulate that SARS-CoV-2 to exist
3 then obviously the reason people are falling ill and many died should be properly investigated.
4 We had this alleged death toll of people dying “unvaccinated” within 14 days of the jab, What
5 should have at least in my view been made clear a counting that provides those who died
6 without a jab, those who died within 14 days of being jabbed, those who died after 14 days
7 having been jabbed, those who died within 14 days of the second jab, those who died after 14
8 days of the second jab, etc. Then it would have been clearer if the jab was more likely involved.
9 Claiming that a person was “unvaccinated” while having died shortly after being jabbed is a
10 gross deception that may serve the pharmaceutical companies but cannot be regarded as proper
11 and undermines citizensd their right to make an inform,ed decision when the
12 misinformation/disinfomation is rife.
13 The same with people who died. As shown below there clearly never existed a world wide
14 system how to record the likely causes of death. Everyone country seem to have its own system
15 and many to ensure that the jabs are not blamed as the cause of death. Meaning that it was not at
16 all a health issue, but rather for the profit of the pharmaceutical companies to hide the real
17 causes. By this the governments and their servants/officials all were in cahoot to undermine
18 citizens their real constitutional, legal, human, natural and common law rights, so they could
19 enjoy a financial kickback from the pharmaceutical companies and/or exercise powers that
20 ordinary do not exist whatsoever.

22 Let me try to use an example. Motorrist at times do get a flat tyre, and this can be due to
23 something being on the road that causes a damage to the tyre, and may cause it to leak. I had this
24 happening to me, but I didn’t go on ranting that the council failed to keep the road clear, I simply
25 discovered that a screw had caused the leak. And it turned out a screw that had dropped when I
26 was putting up a fence, albeit I had not noticed it having falled down. And this example could be
27 applied to the alleged SARS-CoV-2 virus, that somehow those pushing the jabs are adamant to
28 claim that the illnesses and deaths have nothing to do with the bioweapon DEPOPULATION
29 jabs, regardless that coroners have established there is a link!

31 Why didn’t ACMA against the misinformation/disinformation about mRNA in the so called
32 covid-19 vaccine being harmless when in reality this was a gross deception, as it was rwhich has
33 considerable different consequences? Clearly, it underlines that those in ACMA were grssly
34 incompetent to understand/comprehend what they were really dealing with and yet somehow
35 took it upon themselves to interfere win the posting of others. By this prevented many to obtain
36 required information and by this make an informed consent decision.

38 It cannot be argued that those employed within ACMA are not medical specialist, etc, because
39 when it interferes unlawfully with the rights of Australians then it must accept the legal
40 consequences! As I make very clear ACMA simply can avoid any conflict of interest by simply
41 obtaining details of an alleged posting and then place the matter before a competent court of
42 jurisdiction!

24 Pfizer was delivering about 1/3 of the vails being no more but placebos and so charging

1 THE DECLARATION OF THE RIGHTS OF MAN AND OF THE CITIZEN

2 Inspired by the American Declaration of Independence in 1776 and the spirit of the
3 Enlightenment, the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen of 1789 marked the
4 beginning of a new political era. Since then, it has never ceased to be a reference text. The
5 Fifth Republic explicitly states its attachment to it, citing it in the preamble of its Constitution,
6 and the Constitutional Council recognized its constitutional value in 1971.

8 The Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen came into existence in the summer of
9 1789, born of an idea of the Constituent Assembly, which was formed by the assembly of the
10 Estates General to draft a new Constitution, and precede it with a declaration of principles.
11 There were many proposals. The Constituent Assembly tasked five deputies – Démeunier, La
12 Luzerne, Tronchet, Mirabeau et Redon – with examining the various draft declarations,
13 combining them into a single one and presenting it to the Assembly. Article by article, the
14 French declaration was voted on between 20 and 26 August 1789.
15 In its preamble and its 17 articles, it sets out the “natural and inalienable” rights, which are
16 freedom, ownership, security, resistance to oppression; it recognizes equality before the law
17 and the justice system, and affirms the principle of separation of powers.
18 Ratified on 5 October by Louis XVI under pressure from the Assembly and the people who
19 had rushed to Versailles, it served as a preamble to the first Constitution of the French
20 Revolution in 1791. While the text was subsequently flouted by many revolutionaries, and
21 followed by two other declarations of the rights of man in 1793 and 1795, the text of 26
22 August 1789 was the one to survive, and inspired similar texts in several European and Latin

20 mRNA COVID-19 vaccines are “made of mRNA,” or “messenger RNA.”
21 According to the agency, the mRNA in COVID-19 vaccines such as Pfizer and
22 Moderna is created in a laboratory and teaches cells how to make harmless pieces of
23 spike protein that trigger an immune response inside the body. The mRNA from
24 mRNA-based vaccines is broken down within days after vaccination and eliminated from
25 the body. In its description of mRNA and how COVID-19 vaccines work, the CDC
26 makes no reference to modRNA or indicates that the RNA used in COVID-19 vaccines has
27 been modified.
28 Messenger RNA occurs naturally and lives in our cells, and it does not last long enough to
29 initiate an immune response before being destroyed by the immune system—it is modRNA
30 that is synthetically created, according to Klaus Steger, a molecular biologist who headed
31 several gene technology laboratories, regularly applying RNA-based technologies.
32 Unlike mRNA, modRNA modifies one of four compounds in RNA that make it last longer
33 in the body, less immunogenic (reduced stimulation of the innate immune system), and
34 more efficient at producing a protein—in this case, the spike protein, Mr. Steger
35 stated. Since modRNA cannot target specific cells to make viral protein, it can attack
36 perfectly healthy cells and bypass protective barriers in the body, like the blood-brain
37 barrier.
38 Injecting modRNA into the body may lead to adverse events like strokes, cardiovascular
39 complications, pulmonary embolism, and the formation of blood clots—many of which
40 were disclosed in Pfizer’s documents (pdf) but were not attributed to its product.

34 or other such kind of committees/representations. The High Court of Australia held that
35 Australia was not TERRA NULLIUS, albeit ignored to mention the Dutch in the process! Where
36 the Dutch were already living in New Holland (as it then was called) in 1656 and claimed it for
37 the Dutch in 1658 having named it New Holland in 1606 then surely this was long before Torres
38 Strait Islanders became part of what was then still New Holland.

35 survivors had gathered ashore Albertszoon decided to send a party of sailors to Batavia, in the one schuyt
36 (small boat) which had been saved from the wreck, to report the tragedy and ask for a rescue vessel to be
37 sent. Albertszoon decided to stay with the survivors and to appoint his under steersman (second officer)
38 Abraham Leeman to lead the party of 7. He was probably influenced in his decision by the events following the
39 wrecking of the Batavia on the Abrolhos Islands some 27 years earlier. On that occasion senior officers
40 abandoned the survivors to sail to Batavia, leaving many survivors to be killed by mutineers. (See Batavia's

42 The experiences of the rescue ships with inclement weather along the coast of the Southland, convinced
43 Governor-General Maetsuijker (see picture right) in Batavia, that June and July were not the best months for
44 rescue missions. Still concerned about the fate of the survivors, the next expedition was mounted during the
45 summer.

47 On New Year's Day 1658 the fluit Waeckende Boei and the galjoort Emmeloort, under the command of
48 Captains Samuel Volkersen and Aucke Pieters Jonck respectively, left Batavia in search of survivors of
49 the Vergulde Draeck and the lost 11 crew from the Goede Hoop. They were instructed to rescue survivors and
50 to salvage as much merchandise - especially coins - as possible and to chart the coast carefully. Furthermore,
51 they were to find out if the land was inhabited and, if so, to try and establish trade with the inhabitants. They
52 were also instructed to take formal possession of all the places they discovered.
53 Volkerson and Jonck were unequal to the task. Not long into the voyage Volkerson complained that
54 the Emmeloort was too slow and he was having difficulty keeping the vessels together. On February 14 they
55 separated and acted independently although they met up on several occasions on the coast of the Southland.

57 The Emmeloort sighted the Southland on 24 February 1658 at 33° 12' S - at about Bunbury - and then sailed
58 north charting the coast. On March 8 at about 30° 25' S fires were seen on the shore. Next day a boat was

60 was dispatched and they met up with a group of aborigines who had been responsible for the fires. The party
