18 I provide this feedback in relation to the “Ukraine Special Newsletter March 2022”.
19 I also noticed that while sporting bodies are to bring people of different race, political
20 persuasions, nationality, etc, together we find that now with the conflict between Ukraine and the
21 Russian Federation this now has become a political movement to pursue the “NEW WORLD
22 ORDER” system.

29 04/07/2014 UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon made a stunning statement, the
30 distribution of which in Ukrainian media and the Internet is banned. The conflict between
31 the two countries was discussed at the session of the UN Security Council. From this, the
32 following conclusion was drawn:
33 Ukraine has not registered its borders since 12/25/1991. The UN has not registered the
34 borders of Ukraine as a sovereign state.
35 Therefore, it can be assumed that Russia is not committing any rights violations in relation
36 to Ukraine.
37 According to the CIS Treaty, the territory of Ukraine is an administrative district of the
38 USSR. Therefore, no one can be blamed for separatism and forcibly changing the borders
39 of Ukraine.
40 Under international law, the country simply has no officially recognized borders.
41 In order to solve this problem, Ukraine needs to complete the demarcation of borders with
42 neighbouring countries and obtain the agreement of neighbouring countries, including
43 Russia, on their common border. It is required to document everything and sign treaties
44 with all neighbouring states.

9 Remember the alleged Syrian Government gas attacks? Well, I have written about it how this
10 was set up as a FALSE FLAG, where video’s showed that while supposedly there had been a
11 deadly gas attack there were women with small children walking unharmed about. Anyone who,
12 as I was, served in the armed forces knowing about deadly gas attacks would know that deadly
13 gas doesn’t differentiate between children and adults. Either is kill all or no one in that area. And
14 to top it off the various video’s show that certain persons were being shown to be alleged victims

15 It must be clear that “foreign troops” like NATO, the USA and others are simply not permitted to
16 be based in Ukraine. It means there can neither be any membership with NATO as then it would
17 require “foreign troops” to be in Ukraine. Actually, in my view it means that neither USA armed

13 previous stated of what I understood from Ukrainians some years ago (around MH17 being shot
14 down) that “Ukraine armed forces and groups working with them were endangering their

16 Federation it appears that all along it are Ukraine armed forces and “radicals” who are rather

16 been infiltrating Ukraine in violation of the sovereignty of the Russian Federation. And the

15 complimentarily to the legal principles embedded in the Commonwealth of Australia
16 Constitution Act 1900 (UK). Meaning that while the U.K. was part of the E.U. (European

18 silence from International Law bodies was deafening in that regard when people were denied
19 their legal rights. Just look at Mr Novak Djokovic who was severely harmed in a gross denial of

21 unconstitutionally that is cancelling his visa because he as a sports person refused to use a

24 left to your organisation then start first of all considering the legal issues relevant to the matter.

27 that this is about a global conquering of all countries and well your U.N. seems to pursue this
28 assisted by the W.H.O. and so your “International Law” claims in my view are obviously not
29 genuine in that respect in regard the Ukraine vs Russian Federation dispute. In essence it
30 appears to me that your “International Law” branches are part of the warmongering problems! In
31 my view those “International Law” branches should rather have pursued to first consider the true
32 status of all parties involved and the outstanding request by the Russian Federation to resolve
33 matters. This however was not just ignored but ridiculed by many. Well, the current Ukraine vs
34 Russian Federation dispute in my view is the end result of this. In my view, “International Law”
35 must underline the right of any nation to live without fear and intimation and it seems to me
36 NATO simply transgressed upon the Russian Federation of having an environment of peace and
37 tranquillity and be without its citizens being placed in fear and intimidation. The demonising of
38 the Russian Federation and so also President Vladimir Putin in my view is totally unjustified and
39 “International Law” bodies should have been well above this kind of conduct instead of so to say
40 joining the band wagon. NATO supplying weapons of war to UKRAINE, and having U.S.
41 soldiers there also that effectively is Russian Federation territory means it is the aggressor and I
42 view the Russian Federation therefore is well entitled to act against any aggressor as any private
43 property is entitled to do when someone invades the property.
