We are looking for competent Tanzanian to bring in the skills in different areas of specialties to fill the following
vacancies:-
JOB TITLE: Office attendant (1 post)

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Managing office works

DUTY STATION: Moshi – Kilimanjaro

JOB PURPOSE:
Overall management of office work and administrative work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY TASKS


 Manage the front-desk and reception areas.
 Keep the office clean, and organized.
 Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phones and directing calls to the right person or
department.
 Receiving visitors and provide them with information or assistance.
 Manage office supplies and inventory.
 Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
 Make photocopies or print documents as needed.
 Handle basic bookkeeping tasks like logging expenses and receipts.
 Order office supplies, stock supply stations, and ensure equipment is operable.
Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor when interacting with colleagues, clients, and visitors

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS


- Computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Organized and Detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- Willingness to learn, and positive attitude

Academic qualification
- Form IV / High school / Certificate or equivalent.
