ORDER

This matter is before the court on Plaintiff Patricia Jordan, M.D.’s Motion for Clarification.

The Court finds that good cause exists under 42 U.S.C. § 290dd-2(b)(2)(C) to issue an order

requiring Defendants in this matter to release the withheld camera footage requested by the St.

Joseph County Coroner’s Subpoenas. It is therefore ordered that, pursuant to this court order and

the aforementioned subpoenas dated July 3, 2023 and July 4, 2023, the Defendants shall produce

to the St. Joseph County Coroner all items requested in the attached Coroner’s Subpoenas on or

before September 1, 2023.
