ONLINE CLASS RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Ensure that you have a reliable internet signal before the start of each class.
2. Join on time. Students joining ten minutes late may not be allowed to join.
3. Come to class prepared.
4. Wear proper student attire. Wearing of t-shirts or improper clothes is a ground
for removal from the class.
5. Find a proper location. Sitting on the bed or other inappropriate places is a
ground for removal from the class.
6. No eating while classes are going on.
7. Always turn-on the video throughout the duration of the class. Otherwise, the
student will be considered absent.
8. Turn-off the audio upon joining and during the class to avoid unnecessary
noise or distraction. Turn on audio for asking a question or recitation.
9. For proper identification, follow this format: Family name, First name. Ex.
Fernandez, Ruel. The student who will not follow may not be allowed to join
the class.
10.Do not leave the class without permission.
11.Being out or disconnected for a total of 15 minutes will be considered as
absent.
12.Be polite.
13.Participate in class discussions.
14.Don’t post or share (even privately) inappropriate materials.
15.Listen attentively. Focus. Don’t play with your phone or do other unrelated
things.
16.Chose a clean, quiet and conducive location.
17. Each student has 10 allowable absences.
18. One hour each week will be devoted to activity unless otherwise provided by
the professor.
19. Exams will be done online unless otherwise provided.
20. No special exam as a rule.
