INTRODUCTION
PT. GIFA Drilling Petroleum (GDP) is an onshore and offshore drilling and well services
contractor. Moreover, GDP provides services for some of the world’s most recognized operators
and consistently exceeds its clients’ expectations by providing record drilling and completion,
time and cost saving.
Furthermore, the company’s presence is expanded in its regions of focus, entering new strategic
markets and continually upgrading, to provide the best overall services and equipment available
to its clients. GDP has established partnerships and has built up relationships with other leading
contractors to ensure access to new technologies and to provide an extensive upgrading
program.
Quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) are highly prioritized and demonstrated through
continually achieved improvements in the company’s results and records. GDP has ISO 9001, ISO
14001, ISO 45001 and is a member and active participant in various organizations including the
International organizations including the International Association of Drilling Contractors and
the International Well Control Forum. GDP also has implemented a near-miss policy and is an
active participants in its clients’ QHSE initiatives. The company’s results speak for themselves,
since they are consistently better than industry averages and are recognized by its clients and
by various levels of government.

The greatest overall strength are GDP employees. More than 95 % of its personnel has either a
university degree or a technical diploma. Moreover, many of them gained experience through
several services and have worked in numerous the place. This expertise ensures, coupled with
the company’s policy of continual class and field training, flexibility, creativity and innovation.
Furthermore, GDP has not reduced personnel during periods of low demand to ensure
throughout expert service and utmost efficiency. The company is also able to maintain a
continuously high level of performance without compromising on QHSE.

2. BOARD OF DIRECTOR
In 2006 – 2008, begin his career in Oil & Gas industry working for
Kondur Petroleum SA as Contract Analyst. In 2009 – 2014 continue his
career for Hess Indonesia as Supply Chain Analyst handling Drilling
Contract and Support Services.

In 2009 until 2021 he began his career with PT. Harmoni Drilling
Services (HDS) as a Support Service Director for primary responsibility
direct supervision of Crew Coordinator and Logistic Coordinator and
Permits Outsourcing with responsible for Drilling Operation of Jack Up
Rig and Semisubmersible.

4. OPERATION STRATEGY
Our drill crews support all phases of our clients’ drilling operations. As with all our
contracted services, we aim to get it right first time.
We have over 200 skilled drilling personnel capable of working all phases of any
drilling operation, allowing us to offer exceptional flexibility in up-manning and
down-manning of drill crews.
In addition, our multi skilled drill crews are able to undertake additional services
such as running casing, plug setting, cutting/cleaning operations; thereby reducing
the total number of personnel on-board the platform.
If required, we are able to act as the main well services provider on any drilling
operation, effectively managing sub-contracted services for our clients. We draw
upon our wealth of experience and expertise to streamline the operation and deliver
cost reductions through equipment synergies and providing multi-skilled personnel.

5. UPKEEP MAINTENANCE
PT. GIFA Drilling Petroleum provides corrective and preventive maintenance for drilling and workover rigs
(onshore and offshore), and further provides well services equipment, process machinery equipment, electric
and electronic equipment and oil tools. These services were developed for the requirements of PT. GIFA
Drilling Petroleum needs, as well as for other clients.

2. Inventory management
a. Our system allows easy tracking of the procurement process and instant
visibility of the actual stock holding levels, offshore or in our warehouse
facilities. We have an independent procurement and logistical system that
can track all items from warehouse to worksite and then to disposal or repair.

8. QHSE POLICIES
PT. GIFA Drilling Petroleum has established seven Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental working
at every facility:
1. The safety of personnel is our first and highest priority. There is no job so urgent or important that we
cannot take the time to plan it well and do it safely.
2. We have an obligation and the authority to stop any activity if we believe it is not safe.
3. We will do what’s right. We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Our operations will not harm the environment. Each facility will have a plan to prevent pollution and
manage any incident to minimize impact to the environment.
5. The PT. GIFA Drilling Petroleum Management System (GDP-MS) is how we conduct our business:
We shall abide by what is written in our Policies.
We will follow our Procedures.
All rigs and facilities will develop and follow Rig Specific Procedures to perform key operations not
sufficiently covered in GMS Policies & Procedures.
We must follow our policies, and procedures are meant to capture "best practice". If there is a
better way to perform a job, then our procedures should be changed to reflect best work practice.
7. We will perform risk assessments to ensure the safety of our personnel, the environment and our
assets. We will either eliminate any hazards or plan our business to manage risks using appropriate
safeguards.
8. We will strive to continuously improve our operations in order to protect the health and safety of
personnel, safeguard the environment and improve our service quality.

The quality and development of PT. GIFA Drilling Petroleum business are based on a certified system of quality
management and control, knowledge and long-time experience in design and performance involved in the
exploration and production of oil, natural gas, testing and completion of wells, geophysical, geomechanical and
geotechnical operations and equipment/tools maintenance.
Our Quality Management System is designed in accordance with internationally recognized ISO standard and
fulfils all requirements stipulated therein.
Our main objectives are the full implementation of our Quality Policy and the continual improvement of the
System with the aim of maintaining high quality of our services supplied to our clients.

In order to implement the company’s Environmental Policy, fulfil the commitments established in the
Policy and achieve environmental objectives, PT. GIFA Drilling Petroleum has implemented a high standard
Environmental Management System (EMS).
The implemented EMS is helping PT. GIFA Drilling Petroleum to achieve its ultimate environmental goals,
which are minimizing the impacts of the company’s operations on the environment and avoiding any
damages/losses and/or potential harms to the environment.
EMS is:
• designed and implemented in accordance with requirements stipulated in ISO 14001:2004 standard
• harmonized with the requirements of guidelines
• fully integrated in the Company’s Management System
• certified and periodically audited
Through realizing its operations worldwide, PT. GIFA Drilling Petroleum endeavors to protect local
communities, heritage and wildlife, taking into account legal requirements, local community’s
environmental requirements and other concerns.
The aim is to be recognized by the company’s environmental excellence among drilling and well service
contractors and to achieve its environmental goals.
PT. GIFA Drilling Petroleum is properly equipped and capable to perform onshore and offshore operations
under the requirements of Zero-Pollution.
According to increase international concern on environment, PT. GIFA Drilling Petroleum gives effort in
environmental protection.
A proper waste management plan begins with pollution prevention. During the performance of
operations, all generated waste is properly managed in order to minimize its potential to cause harm to
the environment.

The Code is based on respect for fundamental human rights and the ethical principles of integrity,
honesty, trust, respect, humanity, tolerance and responsibility.
Further, it obligates all employees and other natural persons, who are authorized as management board
members, executive directors or in any other capacity according to special laws, to conduct business
individually and independently/jointly and as a group and who are employed and/or work in companies
in which the Code was passed, where it is in effect and is applicable as one of the labour relations by
laws. The Code primarily regulates the types of conduct which occur in course of conducting business
operations and in terms of attitude towards work, colleagues, business partners and the public. All
persons obligated by the Code are expected to act in compliance with the Code regulations, apply to
them and avoid unacceptable conduct in contravention of the Code at all times.

offensive behaviour and harassment, either verbal or physical, unacceptable.
• Discrimination or harassment of employees, clients, providers or any business assistants on the basis
of their race, religion, nationality, sex, age, physical or mental difficulties, marital status, sexual
orientation or any other affiliation shall not be tolerated.
• A fair attitude towards stakeholders, including, clients, providers, GDP employees and competitors is
expected from each employee, manager and director.
• Usage of persons by manipulation, abuse of confidential data, misinterpretation of material facts or
any other unfair activity shall not be allowed.
