    1. Melakukan explore dan implementasi terkait teknologi Mobile & Cross Platform serta best practicesnya
    2. Mendapatkan dan menganalisa kebutuhan user dari perspektif user maupun IT Melakukan alignment kebutuhan user terhadap proses yang ada
    sekarang dan memberikan added value
    3. Mereview code aplikasi dan supervisi team agar sesuai dengan standar yang sudah ditentukan
    4. Melakukan people development serta evaluasi dan feedback terhadap setiap team member dalam unit kerjanya
    5. Terlibat dalam perekrutan, penilaian hasil test logic, dan interview calon kandidat
    6. Membangun hubungan/partnership dengan vendor penyedia produk IT atau resources(outsourcing) baik lokal maupun non-lokal
