Total Health Care Integrated Solution is an application to handle the basic functionality of the hospital. The major
modules of this application are Patient Information System, Medical Record System, Order Management and
Pharmacy Management. This application stores and manages every user’s health-profile in the database
individually provided the user is registered. It also incorporates an interactive disease identifier that can be used to
ease finding diseases of any kind just by giving some symptoms to the system in any order, interactively.

 Working with Models, Controllers, and Views.
