Please accept this letter as formal notice of my resignation as a Head Nurse at VitaCare Hospital, effective
July 1, 2023.
After significant consideration, I have decided to seek a career change in the field of healthcare
administration and management. Over the past four years, I have dedicated myself to saving lives in a
hospital setting, and now I am eager to explore the opportunities presented by healthcare informatics. This
field allows me to combine my clinical expertise with my passion for leveraging technology to improve
patient care and enhance healthcare systems.
Working with patients every day has been my life's work. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity you
and VitaCare Hospital have provided me to connect with and empower the lives of numerous individuals and
families over the past decade. The experiences and memories gained during my tenure will always hold a
special place in my heart.
I have full confidence that VitaCare Hospital will continue to maintain its sterling reputation and provide
exceptional patient care. I extend my sincere gratitude for the training and mentoring I have received during
my time here. It has been an honor to work alongside you and the entire team.
Thank you for your understanding regarding my decision to pursue new horizons. I will ensure a smooth
transition by providing comprehensive handover documentation and offering any assistance required during
this period.
Once again, I want to express my deepest appreciation for the support and camaraderie I have experienced
during my tenure at VitaCare Hospital. I will miss working alongside each of you, but I am excited for the
new challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
