Forma Arkitektura is an architecture firm founded in 2001. Over the years of expertise,
Forma Arketiktura has become an outstanding architectural practice committed to producing
designs that successfully combine sustainability. Our team of skilled architects and
designers is dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality solutions that match their
specific demands and go above and beyond what they had anticipated.

Integrate planning, urban design, architecture, landscape, construction skills and knowledge
to create comprehensive development plans.

Feasibility Design Studies


Identify urban design issues and carry out urban design assessments including visual, bulk
and spatial analysis exercises. Address key design issues such as location, context,
neighbouring features, urban fabric, streetscapes, active edge, public realm, circulation,
climate etc., in addition to all legal & planning requirements. Relevant site features recorded
and examined with analytical diagrams, sketches and computer generated models;

Design Development
Co-ordination and collaboration at various design stages with planners, architects,
engineering consultants, property consultants, and other professional disciplines.
Implement design workshops and consultation processes to address social, economic and

Other Initial information on which the Agreement is based:

1. When compensation is determined on a percentage of the Cost of the Work


and any portions of the Project are deleted or otherwise not built, compensation
for those components of the Project is payable to the extent services are done in
those areas.

2. In accordance with the schedule set forth based on (1) the lowest bid or
negotiated proposal, or (2) if no such bid or proposal is received, the most recent
estimate of the Cost of the Work for such portions of the Project. The Architect is
entitled to compensation in line with this Agreement for all services provided,
whether or not the Construction Phase begins.

3. The hourly rates for billing for the Architect's and the Architect's consultants'
services, if any, are set forth under. The fees will be changed in accordance with
the standard review methods of the Architect and Architect's consultants.

4. Compensation for Reimbursable Expenses

Reimbursable Expenses are expenses spent by the Architect and the Architect's consultants
directly relevant to the Project, which was in addition to compensation for Basic and
Additional Services, and include the following:

i. Subsistence, Authorized out-of-town travel such as transportations

ii. Long-distance services, specialized data, and communication


services, telephone conferences, Project websites, and extranets are all
available.

iii. Fees paid for securing approval of authorities having jurisdiction over
the Project;

iv. Printing of any kind of files needed

v. Delivery handling

vi. Overtime expense requiring higher than regular rates, if only authorized
in advance by the Owner;

vii. Requested renderings, designs, mock-ups, professional photos, and


documentation for presentation asked by the Owner;

viii. Architect's expenses for liability insurance for professionals dedicated


only to this Project, or the expense of extra insurance coverage or limitations if
the Owner wants such insurance in excess of what the Architect typically carries;

ix. Any taxes charged on reimbursed expenses and specialized services;

x. Other similar Project-related expense, Site office expenses;

For Reimbursable costs, the amount reimbursed will be the Architect's and
the Architect's consultants' costs plus (#__) percent (#__ %) of the expenses
incurred. Details of Reimbursable Expenses, Additional Service Costs, and hourly
rate services should be made accessible to the Owner at mutually convenient
periods.

The Owner shall not deduct amounts from the Architect's compensation in order to impose
penalties or liquidated damages on the Architect or to cancel sums requested by or paid to
contractors for the expenses associated with modifications in the Work unless the Architect
agrees to the amounts or has been found responsible for the amounts in a binding
settlement proceeding.
